The way that colors, textures and patterns are incorporated into a wedding design is a delicate balance to create a major impact on the big day’s look and feel. These design elements all work together to create a tactile experience for guests and to tell the story of the pair’s relationship..
For this design we created a layered approach featuring delicate lighting with mini table lamps and hand painted vintage lamps which perfectly complemented the maximalist florals, mixed patterns on the table linens and dance floor along with the custom painted draping to create a bold yet romantic setting. .

Will and Sydney’s love story, featured in the latest issue of Boston Weddings, is nothing short of a modern-day fairy tale. Set up on a blind date by a mutual friend, the sparks were immediate. After Will moved back to Boston from Chicago, their connection was undeniable. And just like that…the rest was history! ❤️.
Their ceremony at Boston’s Basilica was a dream, surrounded by lush florals that set a romantic, timeless vibe. After exchanging vows, guests made their way to the and were led up a stunning staircase filled with a warm ambiance and vibrant blooms where they mingled and sipped on signature cocktails. A unique touch? The es**rt card wall featuring prints of iconic art from the , perfectly tying the evening’s theme with the museum’s storied legacy..
The reception was a showstopper. The space was transformed into a floral dreamscape, with towering arrangements in the Koch gallery and lush blooms across the tables, creating a dramatic atmosphere. The tables were elegantly lit with vintage-style lamps that added a cozy, intimate touch. and took their first steps as a married couple on a custom-designed dance floor as the live band got the energy going, keeping the crowd on their feet all night long..
As the night carried on, guests were treated to a late-night pick-me-up with espresso martinis, a perfect pairing to keep the energy high. The cake, an art piece in itself, was adorned with colorful, whimsical floral designs that tied back to the overall theme. The perfect sweet finish to a celebration filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories..

Step into the magic of a European Christmas market, reimagined! 🎄✨ .
This unforgettable holiday party transported guests to a festive wonderland, starting with a sparkling light tunnel that set the tone for the night. .
Inside the Holiday Hall, a feast for the senses awaited: warm raclette, freshly rolled sushi, artisanal cheeses and meats, and an interactive Christmas ornament-making station where guests could craft their own holiday keepsakes..

The South Lawn was transformed into an awe-inspiring celebration marking a historic first in White House events. .
A custom-built clear tent, ingeniously designed to fully enclose the iconic 72-ft South Lawn fountain, created an elegant, panoramic guest experience offering uninterrupted views of the White House illuminated against the night sky. .
Inside, stunning floral artistry featured a garden of roses planted around the fountain, while grand chandeliers hung overhead, casting a soft glow over beautifully set tables adorned with blush and pastel arrangements. .
From the meticulous design to the flawless ex*****on, every element came together to create a masterpiece of innovation and artistry. .
Following dinner guests took to the dance floor and danced the night away under the twinkling stars..

The final White House holiday décor post in the collection tells a powerful story of connection, resilience, and hope through the theme of “A Season of Peace and Light.” Guided by the vision of First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Rafanelli Events had the privilege of collaborating with a talented team of designers to create spaces that inspire reflection and joy while honoring the strength of community..
🍽️ The State Dining Room: Designed in collaboration with and - this room features handcrafted paper chain garlands, created by military families as part of the Joining Forces initiative, symbolizing the strength found in service and community. Ornaments crafted by children across the country add a joyful spirit of peace and inclusion..
🎁The Red Room: In collaboration with this space features illuminated boxes with 46 holes symbolizing the 46th president, while white paper doves carry messages of peace. Drawings from children nationwide add a sense of hope and reflection..
🎄 The Cross Hall: Designed alongside - this space features doves representing peace and love suspended in a cascade of light. Christmas trees adorned with red and green plaid and a charming vintage red truck complete this nostalgic and serene scene..
🕊️The Grand Foyer: Also designed in collaboration with - this final space invites guests to reflect on their time at the People’s House, leaving with the guiding message of peace, light, and unity—a powerful reminder of the strength in community and nation..

Each room shares a story of connection, hope, and celebration, brought to life with creativity and dedication..
🍞 The China Room: Designed in collaboration with this room celebrates the peaceful process of baking with a baker’s bench and artisanal breads on display..
🌿 The Diplomatic Reception Room: A tribute to peaceful diplomacy and hospitality, this space is adorned with elegant holiday florals and fruit, symbolizing the grace of international relations..
❄️ The East Room: Designed in collaboration with this room evokes the bliss of the first snowfall with a reflective canopy and Christmas trees flanked by silhouettes of Americans holding hands—a powerful symbol of unity and peace..
💎 The Green Room: Designed in collaboration with this serene space is illuminated by colored glass ornaments and prisms, casting jewel-toned reflections throughout..
🎠 The Blue Room: Home to the official White House Christmas Tree, a stunning 18½-foot Fraser Fir designed in collaboration with Adorned with a whimsical Carousel of Light, this tree celebrates the holidays with vibrant color and decorations..
