Life is full of steps we take moving us toward what someday will be our future. Velasco’s Catering rooted when a father shared his passion of coo

king and his passion for life. Taking pride in all his dishes, my earliest memory is assisting my father as he roasted jalapenos in preparation for an authentic Mexican dish. This passion runs deep and it has been passed along to my children as well. Preparing the food is only half the task, presentation requires creativity and an eye for class and perfection. I take pride in not only preparing the meals but also in displaying my creativity to the best of it's ability. I look forward to assisting you with your next event.
