ATTENTION: CURRENT CLIENTS W/ FUTURE EVENT DATES:
We have been made aware and are following the news closely. We are in communication with law enforcement, however, that side is not posted for public as we are dealing with each of these claims in a legal/civil manner.
If you have an event set for a future date, we are still under contract to provide you all the services listed and we have every intention of providing those services on the agreed date. If you have entered into the agreement during a special or sale, those events are not eligible for a refund unless specified in writing. If you have an event we advise you to continue communication and continue with the agreement as it is a signed contract so that we may provide your services on the date of your event. If there is any change to location, vendor, or any other issue with your particular event we will address that as well, in accordance to the signed agreement, under the section of last minute changes we will make all necessary adjustments to carry out the event services successfully.
If you fail to follow the agreement, we will be forced to reschedule your event. We are still in business and would like to provide each and every client their event services as agreed. We will be contacting everyone in order of event to continue the process of hosting or providing services for your event. If you message please provide your event date, contract name, and location of your event and we will be in touch in order of event.
For anyone questioning what the news is saying, our clients are always given the option to pay in either cash, check or card for all payment. Clients who have not received a security deposit had issues with their event where the client or guests caused damages or loss. The only events that have been rescheduled or (at clients requests or clients not wishing to reschedule) cancelled is because the client did not provide the necessary documents, finish payments or make the security deposit within the timeframe as agreed in their contract.
Univision has made no attempt to contact us, but they are welcome to do so via email to [email protected] as well as Kens 5 we are waiting for your response.
