Hello there! 🤍 I figured it has been a while since I introduced myself, so here it goes! I’m Makayla- the face behind Flowery Farmgirl! I have been in love with flowers and creating beautiful arrangements for as long as I can remember, but I have been an official wedding florist for over six years now! It feels like yesterday we jumped into this adventure and I love that my family loves to help me. I'm so blessed to be in this business!

A few random things about me:

•Outside of being a florist, I'm blessed to be a wife and a mother to five amazing kids and now four grandkids. I have been a homeschool mom for 23 years! I still have two kids in high-school and I'm soaking up every last moment that I can before my teaching career is officially over... well, that is until my grandkids need a tutor 🙋🏻‍♀️ •We live on a Christmas tree farm, and one of my favorite ways to start my day is to take a walk around our property. Nothing like the cold, PNW air to wake you up first thing in the morning! •In my free time, I love to read, study God’s word and work in my garden. We have been blessed to live on a property large enough to have dogs, chickens and my dream garden filled with all sorts of fruits, veggies, and flowers (of course!)- and it is absolutely one of my favorite places to be!

Hello friends! I know it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted anything on here, but I took the holiday season off social media to really soak up the time with our family. But now with the new year in place, it’s time to get back to doing the other thing that I love... being a wedding florist! 🤍 Lots of new things coming to Flowery Farmgirl soon... stay tuned to see our new look on our new website (coming soon!)
