💥Last Sunday @glemseck101 the rivalry between motorbike riders and scooter riders was once and for all settled in our special show race „Mods vs. Rockers“!! Four of our Rock‘t Roller Vespas and Lambrettas went head to head against some of Glemseck‘s fastest motorbikes. (Fun fact: The terms Mods and Rockers are based on a true story…it was in the UK of the 60s where scooter riders (Mods) and cafe racer riders (Rockers) had some major clashes resulting in big public fights).
Both teams raced the hell out of their machines and ended up scoring 7 points each! The Rockers took the victory in the end but only by a small margin. Mighty impressive and very close racing, against the expectation of many and therefore a huge surprise for the audience!! I hope we’ll be doing that again, that was fun! 😁💥
