Three things:

1) Rope lab is not this Wednesday but next Wednesday (11/13/2024) from 7-9 PM

2) Got another rope jam that'll happen on 11/21/2024 from 8-11 PM.

3) Boston master rigger Mr R will be giving a class on 12/12/2024 from 8-10 PM on transitioning ties (floor work with a closing partial)

The above is a link that has an online class by the world renowned Naka Akira on rope photography and his methods. The event happens at 3 AM on Sat Nov 9.

If you would like to do a group showing, The Eagle is willing to stay open late for us to gather around, watch this, play with ropes, and have essentially a sleep over without sleep. Hahaha.

As promised, updated flyer! I, Mark Salinas, will be at the Austin Eagle from 6-8 PM and will hold space for you there!

Bring a soft surface to sit on or lay your subs on for tying like a yoga mat or blanket if you need it, and let's tie and have a good time with food and drink in hand!

The 1701 Studio AC is broken atm, so will relocate to the Austin Eagle from 6-8 PM since their karaoke starts at 8. Usually it's low traffic, so bring a blanket, yoga mat, or something similar, and lets do a little tying there. Will update the flyer tomorrow!

This class will focus on body mechanics, movement of rope, how to feel more connected through rope, and I'll show a couple of harnesses that you can play with how to tie on the body of a person and toy with the way you tie it in order to make your person feel good.

Soft Announcement:

Rope Jam - Aug 1 | 8-11 PM

Nudity allowed in venue. Other play and sex is allowed alongside the primary rope play. Solo tying is allowed on the floor.

There will not be a rope 101 or other organized instruction available.

Will allow a chance to meet others and partner at the first 15 minutes and you're welcome to make new partners outsides of scenes.

If not doing a scene or only wanting to observe, please watch from the sides and don't approach a scene. Keep chatter relatively medium or lower volume please.

DM or comment for clarification. $10 entry.
