Thank you for bringing the Mediterranean vibes💗 Cornbread and Brownies were both a hit- both GF and Vegan. Kitcharie, Jackfruit Chili, Veggie Pastina Soup, Salads galore- we are available for your event this Fall (have some availability late summer too!).

Food available upon request for your personal life. At that this stage I am only doing whole pots of soup, pricing in around 80$. Can be frozen. Or maybe you want to split it with a friend. Price dependent on location for delivery.

Anyone interested in learning how to make Kitcharie like Chef Chiron?

I’ve had many requests in the past for a class. It seems to me that zoom makes the most sense- everyone could be informed of what to buy ahead of time, we could all cook at the same time. Everyone finishes with a pot of kitcharie.

I’m also open to doing an in person workshop if anyone has a location to host.

Open to ideas!

Noticing the name change? Chef Chiron is a special name to me. It represents my Journey and how I came to cooking in the first place. It was/is the Journey of someone with Digestive struggles who learned through personal trial and error experience to heal the gut- someone who continues to do so. I bring this into what I have to offer- the energy of Chiron, the Wounded Healer. I did not choose this path- it chose me
