So we had a Family Meal from Circle M Smoke Pit and Catering and man did they hit it out of the park with this menu.

We got smoked brisket, cowboy beans, cornbread, corn on the cob, bacon mac and cheese, and peach cobbler. Everything comes pre-cooked in foil pans that you just have to throw in the oven for a bit to heat up. It even comes with a bottle of their in-house made BBQ sauce made with locally sourced ingredients.

This way definitely more food then my family of 4 could eat in one sitting...well everything but the cobbler. THAT WAS DESTROYED!!! lol I know that both kids and I made sandwiches the next day for lunch with the leftover brisket.

So where to begin, it was all delicious. The brisket was super flavorful, perfectly sliced, and oh so tender. The cowboy beans also had chunks of smoked meat and them and were probably some of the best beans I've had....and I grew up in the South! ….and speaking of the....I COULD NOT get enough of the cornbread. So good!

The meal for 4 runs $90 with free delivery, and sell all their meats by the pound and can be added on for an additional price. They also offer full service catering, so be sure to check them out for your next family dinner or big event.

Good afternoon friends. We are offering a smoked brisket family meal for four or eight people. All meals are scratch made. Everything from our rubs, sides to our desserts and delivered right to your door, or convenient meet up if you prefer.

All meals include:

6 ounces of slow smoked brisket per person

Cowboy Beans

Bacon mac and cheese

Fresh corn on the cobb

Southern cast iron cooked cornbread

Barbecue sauce

And peach cobbler
