✨Gemma & Stefan's Love Story✨

Their love story began back in 2017, Stefan's parents were in Barcelona...and like any self-respecting 19year old, he threw a house party.🎉 Meanwhile, Gemma had planned a cosy night in with a pizza - until her friend Georgia showed up and dragged her out. That decision changed everything, because that party was where Gemma & Stefan first met.

A few weeks later, Stefan asked Gemma out but she was on holiday in Spain and she needed a 'wee reminder' from the mutual friend Grant about who this mystery boy was! 🤣 Their first date at Bar 1 sealed the deal - from there, it just clicked! ❤️

Early impressions? Stefan looked the part - confident, chatty, checked shirt and all. Gemma won him over instantly...but he still had to pass the Rosie test-the family dog!🐾 He came armed with a Chinese takeaway, and Rosie was sold...a very smart move!

University life in Edinburgh brought late nights, lectures, and lots of takeaways. They made it through undergrad, through Gemma's post-grad in Aberdeen and eventually back home to Inverness -now not just as a couple but as homeowners. 🏡

They've ticked off half marathons together, shared marathon training...although Stefan is now "retired" 😂, cheered on Hearts & Scottish Rugby, and kept their Friday night pizza tradition alive. 🍕
Life together has been full of everyday joys and big milestones that matter most.🥰

Then came November 2022. Scotland were playing Argentina, but Stefan had more than rugby on his mind. 🏈 He'd found the perfect engagement ring in Edinburgh 💍 and it was in Edinburgh in their Airbnb that had been decorated by friends with flowers and balloons that he got down on one knee and asked Gemma if she'd marry him. 💐🎈Her answer of course was a delighted "yes." 🥂

And so, when it came to their wedding, the Kingsmils was the natural choice - a place already fu) of family memories, now home to one more milestone: the moment Gemma & Stefan said "I do!” ❤️

✨Aimee & Ross's Love Story✨

This gorgeous couple's love story began as many rural romances do in the pub - the Mallard, to be precise. 🍺🍺

Ross will tell you Aimee| was simply on the hunt for a farmer boyfriend so she could get pigs! Aimee denies this entirely....nearly ten years on there are still no pigs 🐖😂

Their first date? A home cooked steak & sticky toffee pudding at Ross's cottage...complete with Coronation Street on in the background🤣 Aimee thought the food may have been questionable, but the company certainly showed promise! 😉

And their first impressions - Aimee thought Ross looked every inch the farmer in his checked shirt & Bass boots.
Ross thought Aimee| was shy and quiet...safe to say that has changed over the years.😆

Son after, Ross was introduced to Aimee's first love - Ottis the dog🐾🐾- who, thankfully approved!
From there, life as a family unfolded: their daughter Iveigh arrived in 2016, their son Ronny in 2020, and Flora the dog completed the crew. 🐕💖

Together they've built so much - from memories on rollercoasters, Ross does NOT do upside down. 🎢 to designing and moving into the home they created together during COVID. 🏡

And of course ...the proposal. 💍
Ross had the plan, the ring, and courage to ask during a trip to Lochinver for Aimee's birthday 🎂
Despite Storm Babet throwing floods, road closures and chaos their way, they made it. After a fancy dinner, back at the Pod, Ross dropped to one knee. Aimee didn't! need a moment to think, her wasa delighted, undeniable 'YE' Prosecco in the hot tub followed. ❤️

Fast forward, and the wedding was going to be at home on the farm. Aimee nailed the finishing touches perfectly; Ross took care of the essentials clearing out the grain shed!
With family and friends pitching in, the day came together perfectly. 💝

Rooted in home. Rooted in love. Rooted in laughter.🥰

♥️Dara & Scott♥️

Some love stories begin with candlelight...theirs began poolside, in matching lifeguard uniforms! 🏊‍♂️🥽💖

What started as flirty banter on shift breaks soon turned into weekly KFC dates 😂 and on 16th July 2016, Dara & Scott officially became a couple.

From there, it's been adventures galore:
🏡 Building a family home.
👦👦👦 Raising their three incredible boys - Luke, Lachlan & Ronnie.
🎶Music, scooters & tree swings. 🌳
🏰 Castles, holiday trips & muddy-kneed childhoods.

The marriage proposal? It was just a little chaotic! The engagement ring nearly got lost to a doorstep delivery 💍 but made it safely to their family holiday. On the last day, at Brough Castle in Cumbria, Scott took off his hat- a sure sign something important was about to happen😃 He got down on one knee, and asked Dara to marry him♥️ Her answer? A very fast and delighted 'YES!' 💍

Young Luke tried to capture it all on video - 📽️ but he mostly filmed his hand, the grass and an upside down castle.🤣

And then nine years to the day since becoming a couple, they said 'I do' in the garden of the Glen Mhor Hotel, surrounded by love family, and everything they've already built together. ❤️

Here is to Dara and Scott and the wonderful life that lies ahead of them. ✨💖✨

✨Emma & Lewis✨

Some love stories start with big grand gestures ... Emma & Lewis's began with cosy nights, takeaways, and binging 'The Vampire Diaries.' Somewhere between episodes and shared snacks, they very soon realised they were becoming inseparable. 💖

Life together quickly grew into enjoying shared music - especially heavy metal gigs 🎶 weekends away, caravan park stays with the beloved pup Riku🐾🐾 and not forgetting their yearly tradition of visiting Aviemore for a break. 🏞️

On holiday to Lindos, Greece, Lewis surprised Emma with a proposal - waiting down on one knee, demonstrating not only his love but his incredible patience - until at last Emma entered the room and he asked her if she would marry him! And of course she replied with an excited yes.♥️

Over seven years, they have built a life filled with adventures, Disney films, Christmas Markets, theatre trips, board games, and even running a small business together.

2025 became extra special: they bought their first home together🏡 and found out they are expecting their first baby due next Month! 👶💗

And so, surrounded by trees and open sky, Emma and Lewis said "I do" in a wedding that was as unique and beautiful as their love story.💖

✨ Jess & Craig ✨

Some love stories begin in the most unexpected way...Jess & Craig's began with an eyebrow treatment. 😂

Craig's mum was training as a beautician when Jess and her pal popped round for a brow treatment and that's where Jess and Craig's paths first crossed. No fireworks, just a quick hello.
Proper chats came later, on nights out in Inverness, and impressions were quickly made:
👉 Craig thought Jess was gorgeous and a great laugh.
👉 Jess found Craig funny, charming, and a bit of a lad's lad!

Life pulled them in different directions for a while, until fate (and Dua Lips 🎶) brought them back together in Newcastle - this time the timing was perfect. 💖

After long distance stints between Glasgow and Inverness, Craig moved up to Inverness, where they went on to welcome Layla, their gorgeous daughter into the world, and built a family full of love, Disney movies, and a not so mini miniature Dachshund called Henry. 🐾 (Craig's dog, officially! 🤣)

Fast forward to Tenerife 🌞... Craig secretly bought the engagement ring there, under the least believable cover story ever: "I'm just off to look at watches." - Craig doesn't even wear a watch ⌚😂

At Jess's favourite restaurant, with the staff in on the plan, Craig got down on one knee and asked her to marry him! Jess answered with a thrilled YES 💍 and the confetti canons went off. 🎊 And just like that their forever began. ♥️

They married at Loch Ness Country House, celebrating with those they love and looking forward to all the love, laughter and adventures still to come. 🥰

✨ Jordan & Iain ✨

Their story began the way all the best ones do - at a hall party in North Kessock. Iain arrived with his mates, Jordan arrived in long purple trousers, heels, and clutching a Lucozade bottle secretly filled with Rose`...iconic! 😄

There was an instant spark, but also a little chaos - Jordan typed her number into Iain's phone wrong (wearing her glasses may have helped☺️), so poor Iain spent half the night messaging a stranger before persistence (and Facebook) finally saved the day!

From first dates in a noisy Fiesta 🚘, to a holiday where Iain swore off flights longer than 3 hours. ✈️, to pandemic puppy shopping that brought Vinnie the Vizsla into their lives🐾 - these two kept writing their love story. Add in 9 cars, a failed snowboarding lesson, countless delicious meals at home and out and about and more laughter than they can measure, it's safe to say their life together has been full.

When the proposal came, it wasn't on a perfect sunny beach, but instead it was in the wind and rain at a favourite Highland viewpoint - with Jordan initially, through complete shock and surprise blurting out "NO!" before then through happy excited tears replying with a very happy certain "YES." 💍♥️

When Jordan and Iain married this summer, on the family farm, there was a wee bit of rain, then a wee bit more rain and then even more💦 But the rain couldn't touch the joy of their day, or the love between these two - and their wedding ceremony outside, under the stormy sky, was unforgettable! 🥰

Here is to Jordan & Iain - the proof that love shines brightest when you can laugh through the chaos, weather the storms, and always say "yes" in the end! ♥️✨♥️

✨Kira & Murray✨
Married at the beautiful Daviot Steading. 💍

So, how did these two go from office neighbours to husband and wife? Let's rewind⏪...

They first met back in 2019 at LifeScan, sitting side-by-side in the office. The timing for anything more wasn't quite right then, but don't worry fate had other plans. By 2021, they reconnected, went on a first date, a simple drive and chat...that last hours!😆 The rest as they say is history. 🥰

Within a month they were officially a couple. Within four months, they'd bought a house together🏡 Yes before most have decided to share the Netflix password, these two bought a home! But that is so Kira and Murray...they just knew. ♥️

Meeting the families was effortless, big smiles, warm welcomes...and two four-legged in laws. Kira fell for Murray's family dog Branston, while Murray totally won over Kira's family dog Freddie, so much so that Freddie now is obsessed with Murray and ignores Kira...a slight betrayal Kira is still laughing and maybe wincing about! 🐾 😂🐶

For them life together just clicked: cooking, road trips, picnics, iced coffee, and plenty of laughter. 🥪🚘🍴

Fast forward to a very windy day around Loch Ness...Murray had a proposal planned, ring in pocket, but the gale force winds and full carparks nearly ruined his big moment. Finally, at a quiet spot at Dochgarroch, he dropped to one knee.
Kira admitted she didn't hear a word of his carefully rehearsed speech - she was too busy staring at her engagement ring. 💍
Of course her answer was the only one that mattered: a big, happy YES. 💍🌟

From desks side-by-side to a whole life side-by-side 💖

✨️ From slightly awkward teenagers in PE class....to husband and wife at Mar Lodge.✨️

Eilidh & Tom's story goes all the way back to school days in Aberdeen - Scottish Country Dancing, long fringes, and quiet crushes they never at the time quite confessed! 😍

Fast forward to a Hogmanay party, where Tom spotted Eilidh across the room and thought she was - the most beautiful girl there.❤️
By the end of the night, he was walking her home, and that was the start of something special. 🌟

From late-night chats at The Coffe House to navigating long-distance love across 7 countries Rome, Hong Kong, Belfast, and Edinburgh! 🌎 With every reunion, every weekend trip, every Skype call, their bond only grew stronger.

Eventually, life brought them back together in the same city. Simple things like food shops, pub trips, and Friday dinners became the moments they treasured most. 🏠

And then came the proposal: a rainy Northern Ireland beach, Tom nervously carrying the ring, Eilidh saying an instant, joyful - YES 💍

Which brings us here, to Braemar, where fiddle music from the brilliant Ellie filled the air, and where Eilidh & Tom made their vows over a handfasting, their family tartans woven together in a beautiful nod to heritage and home. 💖

From teenage crushes to partners in every adventure, Eilidh & Tom's story is the most beautiful reminder that love always finds its way. ✨️

✨️ Imagine marrying in a place that means the world to you - in Scotland, you can. ✨️

One of the most magical things about marrying in Scotland is the freedom it gives couple's, you can marry anywhere. (as long as it's safe and dignified for everyone involved)

Over the years, I've had the privilege of conducting ceremonies:
🏰 Inside castles and grand houses.
🌊 By the sea, with waves as the soundtrack.
🌲 Outside in the breathtaking Highland scenery.
🎶 In barns, farms, chapels, and even family gardens!

Every couple brings their own vision, and every setting tells part of their story. Whether it's formal or relaxed, indoors or outdoors, Scotland gives you the chance to make your wedding truly yours. 😍

🐾 Emma & Euan ❤️
Some stories start with fireworks....
Emma & Euan's started with.... a missed opportunity and Tinder.

Back in 2014, they were at the same student club night at Harper Adam's Uni. They didn't speak, didn't meet, just unknowingly stood one person apart in a group photo. Destiny played the long game with these two!

Fast forward to Dec 2018 - they matched on Tinder. Two days later, Euan asked Emma on a New Year's Day dog walk along the Caledonian Canal. A picnic, two dogs (shout out to Ian & Jack🐾), hours of chat later, they knew they' d be seeing each other again.💘

From Jam sandwiches and diluting juice in the car, to carboara nights, dog walks, holidays, and a house they turned into a home, their life together grew quickly, beautifully, and full of laughter.😂

Then came the proposal, not quite as planned. A broken ankle meant Euan had to swap a scenic hike for a scenic drive but surrounded by nature, Jack the Labrador, and one nearly misplaced ring box, Emma said an easy, joy-filled "yes." Jack the Labrador celebrated by eating the Champagne Cork!🐶🥂

The ring💍 A treasured heirloom from Emma's gran, remained with love, and Euan even used the extra stones to craft her wedding jewellery. A love story told in gold. 💎

And they said "I do" on the family farm . This isn't just the next step it's a choice, a celebration of love, loyalty, dogs, and a good dose of happy chaos! 💫

Kevin & Susan 💍
They met thanks to a place better known for payslips than passions - Susan's dad's work! Kevin was already there, and while they didn't meet on the Jo, that shared connection quietly set their story in motion. 💫

Their first date came a few months later. Kevin asked Susan out, and she didn't hesitate, though she did pick the venue. When she said The Mustard Seed, Kevin panicked slightly, convinced it was far too posh for him. Luckily, he got over it! They spent the night talking, laughing, losing track of time, and before dessert, they already knew they'd be seeing each other again. 💕
Susan remembers being totally taken by Kevin's cheeky sense of humour and quick wit. Kevin was floored by how beautiful Susan was - and still is.🥰 From that moment on, their feelings only grew.

2018, they moved in together. Two years later, they bought a house. Not long after that, they became proud parents to their beloved French Bulldogs, Lara and Jaxon - the true rulers of their house! 😆🐾

Then came Barcelona, their first trip abroad together. Kevin had the engagement ring, a plan, and a special location to propose in mind - the awe-inspiring Sagrada Familia. Nervous but certain, he asked Susan to marry him. She was completely shocked, there were tears, laughter, and the easiest "yes" of her life. Then they sprinted for the last bus, because even proposals need good timing! 💍🚍
Back home, their families and friends filled their world with celebration, decorations, and so much love.❤️

And at The Mansfield Hotel, surrounded by that same love, they made it official. 💗
