Friends, we apologize for any confusion on our part. Regarding ticketed author registrations, we had sent out emails and made official announcements on social media regarding the procedures. We understand there was some misunderstandings about these procedures and so we are rectifying it.

Guidebook has its limitations and we are working within those. Waiting in multi-hour standby lines comes with it’s own set of difficulties when it comes to signing authors, so this app and the registration slots were to help alleviate that to ensure that your time was well spent doing all the things you want!
Please know that we always have everyone’s best interest at heart and are doing our best to ensure you all have the most enjoyable time❤️

We are so disappointed to say that unfortunately too many people abused the registration system today. We made it very clear who was allowed to register and who had to wait, and it is disheartening to see how many people did not listen to that. As a result, we will be manually adding all the high ladies to the slots and closing all registrations until tomorrow, Friday Aug 1st at 8pm EST. If you did register as a HIGH LADY today, we will keep your same timeslot. If you did not, then we will assign you a time and you can choose to delete that if you are not interested. Please do not be alarmed if you get a notice that something has been canceled in the app. We got you, and will make sure that you receive your guaranteed timeslot. The remaining slots will be deleted and reopened for everyone tomorrow, Aug 1st at 8:00 PM EST as originally planned.
