The hotel block will be live on February 13 at 8 PM Eastern time. You can access the link through our website under Orlando 2025 hotel or there will be a direct link in our Instagram bio! Please note that our primary room block is from Thursday night through Saturday night. We do have a few rooms reserved in the room block for the other dates that are highlighted on the reservation tool, but these are very limited. Once they are gone from the room, Block, you are more than welcome to book directly with the hotel through their site or a third-party site, it just won’t be through the room block rate.

We also have the benefit of slightly discounted Disney tickets because the Hilton is a Disney partner hotel. We will add that link into our website under the hotel portion. Please note that Disney will do their annual price adjustment on February 25. They have not informed us what those price increases are, but we anticipate them being automatically updated.

This is why Romantasy BookCon is joining the romance fiction community’s partnership with . Together, we’ll fund programs that expand girls’ access to education, foster leadership, and help them navigate a future free of child marriage.

The bookstore is cashless only!

Our amazing bookstore is opening early! You can now access the bookstore to pick up pre-orders and shop for other books on Thursday so you are ready for author signings of Friday! You must be registered with your badge to access the bookstore.

Located on the mezzanine level in the Grecian/Athenian rooms (there will be signs). Please note that several of our authors only have books available in the bookstore and there is limited quantities if you did not pre-order. Please ensure you stop by there if you have your heart set on a book that they are carrying!

We are SO excited about our Blind Date: Author Edition game show that will happen during Literary Libations!

YOU could be a winner!

Each round, three authors will come on stage and hidden from attendee contestants. Three contestants will work together to ask the authors questions to try and decipher who is who! Guess them correctly and win a prize!

Want to participate? Make sure to enter your name when you come into Literary Libations. We will randomly select contestants for each round!

Game show will start approximately 8:15pm at Literary Libations on Thursday evening.

Our amazing cosplayers for Romantasy BookCon will now be characters from our Ball and Panel Sponsor authors!

There will be photo areas themed after the works of our talented authors where you’ll have the opportunity to take a picture with our extraordinary cosplayers who’ll be bringing their characters to life from 8pm-10pm during the Midnight Masquerade Ball on Saturday evening!

Don’t miss them at Literary Libations, during the panel hosted by Podium Entertainment, and of course their booths! They are the voices behind some of your favorite characters—including characters from RBC attending authors!

Less than one month!! We can’t wait to see you in California so soon! We have put together final reminders, FAQs, packing lists, etc.

A quick callout: IF YOU REQUIRE ADA ASSISTANCE/COMPANION PASS, PLEASE CONTACT [email protected] AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CONVENTION START.

We will also be emailing this out to all attendees. Don’t forget to have your app at the convention for quick access to your panels/ticketed lines.

We are adding very limited time slots for ticketed authors. These times are based on the authors’ availability, and they have graciously agreed to give more of their time. A huge thank you to them!! We are still waiting on confirmation for optional other authors, but these are not guaranteed and will be announced prior to Sunday if applicable.

Thank you so much to all the attendees, authors, vendors, volunteers, and everyone involved with Romantasy BookCon! We truly can’t wait!! It is an entire weekend experience with nearly 200 incredible authors and vendors!! So much talent under one roof!! In addition to four ballrooms of signings and merch, the panels and workshops are going to be so much fun and offer amazing insight into the talented people that we love! Our convention is about forging lifelong friendships and truly immersing yourself in a weekend about everything that we love! Our evening entertainment is some of the highlights of the weekend, and we can’t wait for you to experience everything that we have planned!

we 100% hear you. we understand that there was such a mad dash to get specific author signings, that some people left disappointed. The purpose of signing up on the app before is to respect the timeframe that we have agreed upon with these specific authors, as well as ensure our attendees are not waiting for hours and hours in line with the possibility of not seeing an author. However, our main priority is always to ensure people have the best possible time! We have been actively and tirelessly working all today to come up with some solutions. The line companion pass is outlined here, but we will have more updates in the next couple of days.
