Welcome to the app for Romantasy BookCon! This will be your guide before and during the convention to make it easy for you to see the schedule, find specific authors or vendors, and find your way to all the amazing events we have going on throughout the weekend! There is a walk-through that shows you how to download the app, where things are located in the menu, etc.

Please note that things will be added, including slots for tattoo artist, specific ticketed signing times when they have all been approved by the publishers, etc. We will let you know as things are added, and the app will automatically update for you.

Please mark your calendars that January 12 at 5 PM Pacific time is when registration opens for panels, workshops, ticketed signings, and applicable appointments for tattoo artists andmakeup/hair. You will see that some workshops have an additional fee because of the materials provided and things you get to take away with you. If you do sign up for these during registration on January 12, there will be payment instructions provided.

Our panel room is very large, and in addition to the registration, we will have some standby seats available. Please let us know if you have any questions! We are so excited to see you in February!

The app is going live TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12TH!
Our app shows hotel maps, a list of attending authors, vendors, narrators, panel information, and general scheduling. It is a great resource, so please download and use it!

Even though the app will be live, any applicable registration will not be open until SUNDAY, JANUARY 12 AT 8:00 PM ET. Registration is applicable to panels, select author signing, makeup/hair appointments, workshops, etc.

Hi Fabled Fantasy fam!

Thank you so much for your patience today- we’re still waiting for the app for Orlando 2025 to be approved, apparently it could take up to another 48 hours. We promise to post it as soon as it’s approved!

In the meantime, please see our updates, checklists and info about what you’ll be able to do on the app!

In case you haven’t heard…we have exciting news! Romantasy BookCon has moved venues for Orlando. Our new home wil be the Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs for 2024, 2025, and 2026! We are so thrilled and can’t wait to share this amazing event with you! Please reach out with any questions. Oh, and don’t forget to check out our website for live pre-orders (under 2024 tab).

We have updated our Fae pricing to $100 for both days or $60 for either Friday or Saturday. Please see the following post for additional details.

Romantasy BookCon offers something for everyone, including access to more than 200 authors and vendors, author signings, panels and workshops, our Realm of Romantasy night, a custom crafted murder mystery night, and of course, our iconic Midnight Masquerade Ball! Tickets go on sale March 17, 2024 for the Los Angeles Romantasy BookCon at the Biltmore Hotel February 20-22, 2025.
