If you will be attending I will be giving a workshop called “The Psychology of Flow” Friday October 4th @ 2:30pm on what happens to your brain when you get into flow state by manipulating props. I will also discuss the most effective approach on how to access this state of mind and the benefits associated with this. Come play and learn something new to level up your brain’s abilities. Oh, and did I mention the festivals lineup is insanely STACKED!?!?

I love flow festivals because it’s all about skill sharing, learning and overcoming challenges together. There is no gate keeping. Only celebrating the art of “trying” and “trying again”. B2bs with is one of the most wonderful highlights of my life. Not only is he a stellar dj but also handsome as heck but an incredible husband, partner, friend and the love of my life. I’m so blessed to be able to share all of my favorite things and then some with this gem of a human. Catch me GROOVIN’ this weekend! I’ll be performing Friday night behind the decks at the silent disco as well as spinning 🔥 at the mainstage all weekend at in Albright, WV at Friends of the Cheat Campground. It’s going to be a great weekend of music, fun, and nature, all right next to the beautiful Cheat River so bring a float device because we will be floating by day and dancing by night. 💃🏻

As you know, music and flow arts go hand in hand…and I have been given the wonderful opportunity to teach a DJ workshop at Great Lakes Flow Festival this year!!!

This workshop will be geared toward anyone that’s new to the craft or just wants to learn more about industry standard DJ equipment, USB setup, and other tips and tricks within Rekordbox that will get you flowing with your music in no time. I am beyond grateful to be able to share knowledge with other interested minds because that’s what it’s all about.
