HUUUUGE thank you to all who came through today.

So good to be back at it!

Big love to seeing friends again and making new ones.

You've run us ragged today, and it's been excellent!!

Some absolutely gifted hatchet hurlers happened to be lurking in the crowd today, and some, erm well, not so good 🤣
but the best bit about axe throwing... you can only get better at it 🤣

We will be back at Squires Bikers-cafe again tomorrow for your entertainment.

10% of what we take is going to Air Ambulance, the guys in the sky that save us when we fly off the road!

HERE'S OUR END OF YEAR REFURB & RESTYLE

We have had a full strip down & refurbishment of our unit after 6 months of taking some hatchet hurling abuse.
We have redesigned the targets for better hatchet sinking, maintenance & longevity
We have also had the weather to contend with, family work commitments, and a stint of exhaustion & illness.
with only a week turnaround since our last event to our next one being a Hatcheteers Birthday..
the behind the scenes never really gets shown nor appreciated but the result of it is,
thats the upside of what we do.
Huge love to Will, Steve, Claire, Karl & Tracy & every one of our Hatchet Hurlers this year for whom none of this would be possible.

So, Theres only a few pieces left to finish tomorrow and we will be rolling into 2020 looking Fresh & solid AF

An amazing capture by Ray Brammall at Epworth Country show yesterday, it was 31° no winds and a busy day on the team, however with plenty to see and do including axe Throwing with it was totally worth the sweaty Gooch 😉

before I get the you have a beard, you have tattoos, you have piercings whilst in uniform

Yes I'm a veteran with a life which is now not governed by the strict discipline of the military

This is to bring emphasis to a situation in society where we as veterans are now persecuted for doing our jobs for Queen and Country, yes that includes you the people too

to highlight the fact the politicians, government, & the armed forces covenant have clearly failed in its mission and ethos due to the horrific rise in veteran su***de and homelessness

Number 4
it is to show that even after su***de attempts, and 10 years lost in complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder coupled with ADHD d ASD life can change to be better with a little help, some guidance, a lot of love, deep commitment, unnerving determination, and strict discipline with iron will..
It has been a dark, destructive, almost life ending 10 years for myself & the family & unit in the ongoing battle against PTSD

WE are raising funds for a charity called Bolton armed forces centre for veterans which help ex service members on the road to reintegration, recovery and resurrection back to a functioning human being again so the uniform I served in that was the one that caused my break down in to ptsd is a symbol of the pride of serving with such brave men & women & my countries people, also in accepting my past my demons and learning to live with them in order to help inspire, push and support others suffering with mental health regardless of being military or civillian
