My name is David Greenhalgh, Professional chef, writer, and entertainer.

I have a passion for cooking delicious food from around the world using natural ingredients, and I have gained so much knowledge working in various style kitchens in Europe. From humble beginnings in an Irish bar to an American steak house and all the way to a 6* service boutique river cruise that caters to the rich and famous, I have used my skills to delight and impress guests.

Since I left the kitchens in 2020, I grew an interest in writing and started working for many websites creating content for them. Although I enjoyed writing, I still missed being a chef and cooking for other people.

I LOVE IT! I love cooking and entertaining guests! Nothing brings me more pleasure than catering for other people to bring happiness and joy with my food and personality.

So, I decided to start something here in the wonderful town of Figuiera da Foz and create a catering service that people want and need.

There's so many kids and parties here and many adults that work a lot and don't have time to cook a delicious meal. And this is where I come in...

I can create a menu tailored to different types of events and your requirements, deliver an exceptional Private Chef Experience in the comfort of your own home, produce a Masterclass on recipes, provide 1-1 cooking classes for anyone who wants to improve their skills and knowledge, cook tasty meals for the week for people who don't have time, and also be your personal BBQ chef when you don't feel like getting your hands dirty and smelling of smoke.
