I have been having technical difficulties with my website and, by extension, my email address. I apologize to anyone who has tried to get a hold of me and haven’t gotten a response. Trying my best to keep my frustration down. Any helpful tips and tricks?! Facebook and IG are still up and running so feel free to reach out using those platforms.

78 days into 2018 and at last, tomorrow is the first day of SPRING. I love starting the new season with some serious deep-cleaning and a household re-org to prepare for my decor swap to all things colorful and floral! I feel like it gives me a fresh start, and sparks my creativity to find myself suddenly surrounded by a whole new aesthetic inside my home and out. And hey, I may just end up perfecting the fine art of organization. How do you welcome spring?

I started my business because I wanted a job where I can be creative, serve others, and work from home so that when I have kids one day, I can be actively present in their lives. I chose event planning because I first fell in love it when I was 13 planning my sister's Sweet 16. It allows me to live my passions and gives me freedom all in one.

October has been a long fun month. For the first time ever, my home is full on Halloween decorated, I got to eat fire, & I broke a board in half! That being said, it was also a month of serious growth. This month definitely goes down in history as a life changer! I had another breakthrough last night! Literally 😂 I proved to myself there is nothing I cannot do if I put my mind to it! And just to be clear: the "ow" you see me do is not from the part of my hand that broke the board. It was the part of my hand that wasn't supposed to. I put my hand wrong. The thing about my job is that it doesn't have "normal" business hours. I meet my brides when they can, where they can. I am here to make this wedding planning process easier after all. Sometimes that means late night drives and missing dinner with my hubby. Totally worth it though.

Today is one of those Mondays, y’all! It was quite the eventful weekend (four days actually!) all about learning new ways to perfect my craft and grow not only as a planner, but as a person. I am tired but I am excited. Ready to make an em pact in this world. Most of all I am grateful for the opportunities Jesus has put in front of me.
