IDA WORLD SCRATCH SESSION will take place on Saturday 2nd of December right before our main event.

Don't forget about our annual IDA World Scratch Session ➡️ This year we would like to invite all of you for the open part of the event located in the Variete Theater foyer. We start at 2.00 pm and we will be active till the the beginning of the main event. In the same foyer you will have a chance to check the newest Pioneer DJ products. The Pioneer DJ Expo zone will be open during the entire Scratch Session. See you in Krakow!

PARTY ROCKING CATEGORY Submissions Window is now OPEN!

Who is it for:
Anyone in the World can enter the battle.
The submissions window opens on the 1st of September.

Rules:
In the „Elimination Round,” each competitor records a special 6 minutes video in which he presents his Djing skills. The jury will be looking for originality, turntablist skills, various music selections, and most importantly, the set’s vibe.
DJs should deliver their sets on CDJs or two turntables with one mixer or midi controller, no extra gear.
We believe that if you have the Party Rocker heart, you don’t need anything else just your basic DJ setup, skills, and music selection.

„Final Round”
To give more opportunities in the final round, the qualified DJs present sets lasting 10 minutes.

Video specification:
The video should be recorded in MP4 format, 1920×1080 resolution with a clean sound recording – straight from the mixer.
The filming frame should present the Dj, his hands, and his equipment in a proper light.

How to enter:
To enter IDA 2023 Online Party Rocking Battle powered by Pioneer DJ please use a registration form on our website. Fill in your details and send the Wetransfer link with your 6 minutes video.

Where to watch:
All Elimination Round videos will be uploaded on IDA World Official YouTube Channel under one playlist.

Jury:
5-7 International Judges (high-profile & experienced DJs) will give notes (1-10) on their top 10 Elimination Round video entries.
The top 7 DJs will qualify for the Final Round.

YouTube Subscribers Choice:
Extra 3 videos with the biggest number of organic comments will qualify for the Final Round. Please remember that it’s quite easy to determine if the comments are real or fake. We believe that if your set is really good it will attract worldwide interest and people will support your video with a true comment. This rule can be a cool way to advance but you have to remember to play fair.

The Winner:
At last, it’s all to the International Judges who will give the notes (1-10) on their top 10 Final Round videos. The DJ with the most points becomes the IDA 2023 Party Rocking Champion!
