This has been an interesting year! It has gone by so very fast. Christmas is coming up fast too. Holiday bookings begin around mid Nov. Special weekend dates are getting booked up quickly, so do not delay. But, what I want to share with everyone, is that I will be Face Painting at the Hope Library ( 1005 6th Ave. Hope BC) this Saturday Oct 28th, from 1-4 PM. They are having a Hallween party for the public. Everyone welcome! My menu will be: Bats with Moon, Moon with Bats, Bats, Moon. Oh, and maybe some stars. Lol. Just kidding :0)

Hello Face Painting fans! Finally, spring is here and work opportunities are starting to pour in for the spring and summer. Its been a difficult 3 years with the lockdowns etc. Its a joy to serve the young children with fun and vibrantly fabulous face painting once again. Yes, I am going overboard here, but (this art form) is really loved by so many! I look forward to seeing old and new friends and clients at my future events this summer. I will be serving at the Chilliwack Canada Day celebrations on July 1st. Come out for a fancy maple leaf design! I will make sure to post where I will be serving when public events book with me. Our industry has screeched to a standstill. Who knows when we will work again. I am thankful for this time to rest, paint fine art and to connect with friends online. Who knew that something we cannot see with the naked eye would stop the whole world. But, I am optimistic as they have found drugs that will cure. I look forward to painting many little faces in the very near future. Stay safe and stay thankful for what you have. Sending my friends much love and prayers.

Well, I am so excited! I was unable to write posts or communicate with my friends for many moons...for some reason I do not know. But, I buy a new computer and I am now able to do what I used to do. Yay!
I just want to say hello to people who are following me and to also thank those who offer comments and compliments. I am thankful to hear from you. I am in the process of having a new website created that will be more to my own liking and personality. I am excited about that also. It will not be online until perhaps mid to end end of April. But, if it arrives sooner, I will ask you to view it.
As for upcoming events where I am face painting, there is one that I can share now. I will be at Amsterdam Garden Center at 19100 Old Dewdney Trunk Rd. Pitt Meadows, on Saturday March 21st offering fabulous face painting of spring, nature, flowers, bugs and butterflies. lol. I will be painting from 11:30 - 2:30 PM. Last year, youth were coming up to me asking for daisy freckles. One young lady asked for sunflowers! This is it!! This is one of my favorite new designs and will be on my menu for 2020. Come out to Agassiz Rec centre on Saturday Feb 15th 1-4 PM for a fun family day celebration which will include myself face painting and this new design and others will be offered that day as well. Happy Family Day everyone!

Remember, its anti bullying week. I know a little girl who is being bullied severely at her school. Her bully in not very old and yet, he is threatening to kill her. Apparently, the school is not doing anything to restrain the bully. The little girl is missing school and having nightmares. By correcting and suspending the bully, he is the one who pays the consequences. Otherwise, it is always the victim who pays. Stand up to bullies and protect victims no matter what age they are!

Happy client appreciation day this past Saturday at Clark and Sue Hitchcock's house! Chilliwack's finest realtor! Included in the fun was 4 hours of fabulous Face Painting by Sherry Lee Fraser of Imagine That Art Works.com. Here is a picture of mom and son enjoyed matching Pikachu's! Lets Bounce.com provided the Bouncy Castle; Steph from Party Tree provided the event planning and set up; Sue helped the clients win prizes and everyone had a yummy BBQ burger and a piece of cake. If you want to be invited to the fun next year please buy or sell your home through Clark Hitchcock! I did!!

Run over by a 3 wheeler while running wild. So sad. lol. Now, the design has progressed to tire tracks from the Grand Fondo- Vancouver to Whistler where Pikachu has just narrowly escaped being run over by the many bike participants. Thankfully, he is still around to make another movie. lol. Such fun.

Some body painting fun at Sky Hanger a few years ago painting with neon face and body paints. Models were Lyn and Braedon Bainbridge. The theme was Adam and Eve being tempted by the serpent aka: Satan. It is called 'The Fall'. As a couple, their bodies are entwined. There is a mesmerizing quality to the image as Eve has just taken a bite of the fruit that is from the 'only' tree that God had told them they should not eat from. She looks dazed by the Serpents lies and here, Adam is just about to join her by taking a bite also. Her eyes are opened and his...about to be opened! The third Image is of Lyn painted up with neon body paints showing the fun of face painting.

Hello face painting friends. Today, I counted my paint brushes. I literally have 12 jars of brushes and that is not all. I also found a pencil case 1/2 full of older brushes and I have another pencil case full of brushes that I use to face paint with. I also have a few high quality brushes that are not in jars. Its sad. Its a problem! Its a brush addiction and I am making a public confession here as I need to post something. in Opus is my friend and just one of my suppliers. I also buy from Hokey Pokey Shop and Silly Farm. If you come to one of my public events, I will thoughtfully share my love of painting with you and your face or arm and will use one of my 300+ brushes to do it. Tomorrow, I am at Victoria Park a 3435 Victoria Dr. in the city of Coquitlam. I am with the City of Coquitlam from 11-2 PM painting bugs, birds

and leaves and funny outdoor thingies. The city has lots of other fun activities for the community so, please join us if you are in the area.
