We’re so excited to announce a special delivery option now through October...fresh garden blooms! We are now offering arrangements of seasonal blooms fresh from our studio garden. Flowers will be snipped, arranged and delivered all on the same day.

We will still be working with local flower farmers and our beloved on all events, weddings and larger needs. But all single delivery orders will come straight from our studio garden.

Sadly at was canceled this year. I decided to still create my piece at home. The Betrayal of Christ by Anthony Van Dyck. I was very drawn to the contrast of light and darkness in this painting. With a subject matter of betrayal and pending death, it struck me how much light was present. Perhaps this piece is teaching us to look for the light in the darkness and hope when all hope seems lost.

*SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT* This has been a very strange time for Hyssop as most of our events for the next few months have been postponed or canceled. It has taken a little time to work out the details of what it looks like to be a florist in these times of distance. BUT I am excited to let you know that beginning next Wednesday the 22nd I will begin taking orders for no contact deliveries. I will be making 50 dollar arrangements that can be ordered for yourself or sent to friends (or Mothers! Mother’s Day is just around the corner!) Send a message or email to order. Resurrection. Hope and healing born out of grief and loss. Revival of what was once dead. Eyes to see the beauty of what is growing where everything was stripped away. Life springing out of places we didn’t know existed.
This is my hope for us. Maybe our world isn’t falling apart but waking up.
Every bit of this arrangement was found on a walk in the woods near our home. There is still beauty everywhere. Let it in.
