work hand in hand to create your dream wedding. We offer a variety of packages to meet your specific needs. Our services include but are not limited to the following services. Month-Of Coordination: This package will allow you to complete your own planning, while leaving the last minute details for us to handle on your behalf. Distinctive Events by Karen will step in to assist with planning about 30 days before your wedding, during the most critical and often busiest time. Partial Planning: This package is perfect for couples who have secured some of their vendors and need help finalizing and tying loose ends. This package also includes coordination on the day of your wedding. Full-Service Planning: This package is perfect for the couple that wants to make the decisions regarding the wedding, but not be hassled by any of the details or arrangements. Distinctive Events by Karen will assist you in coordinating all aspects of your wedding. All packages include the following:
Unlimited correspondence via telephone and e-mail - we're here for you! Karen will personally serve as your coordinator throughout the entire process. A complimentary consultation to discuss your visions and determine what package will best meet your needs. Personal attention throughout the planning process with the same planner
Flexible meeting times to work around your schedule
Money-saving ideas to stretch your budget

Consultations: For clients with a more conservative budget, hourly consultations are a great way to use our industry knowledge and contacts to narrow the search of endless options when it comes to wedding details. After our initial consultation, we can suggest the right venue(s) and vendors to best meet your needs.We also offer consultation and planning services for other special life events. For pricing information and more detailed explanations of our packages, please contact us for a complimentary initial consultation. During this no-cost initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to look through portfolios, learn more about our services and ask questions. Once we determine what services are needed, a customized proposal will be created to meet your needs. We look forward to hearing from you.
