It's hard to believe it's been five years since I (somehow) lead a team to clinching our first backstage award in a long time, but it's great to see that Avondale College 2015 Stage Challenge have still got the spirit.

Thanks to Lucy & Nathaniel for the invitation, and of course to hero staff who give out countless motivational speeches in the build-up to your 8 minutes in the spotlight.

Except SMJ, he's just there for the fun :D

Congrats to Auckland University Law Students' Society for winning the annual Log O' Wood sports exchange last week!

Auckland University Law Students' Society travelled to Waikato University to contest the annual Log O' Wood sports exchange with WULSA - Waikato University Law Students' Association, dominating the sports and bringing home the Log.

Thanks to Marina & Anthony for pitching in with some candids, and to Sam & Dylan your AULSS sports reps for their hospitality.

Thanks of course to David & the good folks at Russell McVeagh for supporting young (sporting) talent!

My new years at Northern Bass was epic: 7000+ festivalgoers, strangely perfect summer weather, and some epic local & international artists on two busy busy stages.

Thanks to the festival staff, security, and the mussel fritter folks for the sweet kai!

Turned up at McLeod Park to give soccer photography a shot, this is a lot harder than it looks!
Definitely a first world problem with an autofocus lens & a motordrive-equipped camera.

I spent yesterday in the Mighty Waikato thanks to Marina & the Auckland University Lacrosse Club. Difficult weather aside, it was a fantastic day of fieldsports.
