This is Mikes' fiancé, Shannon, it's with a broken heart that I've come onto his page to make this post that we prayed would never need to be made. After a long battle with a rare form of sarcoma cancer, Mike passed away peacefully on March 3rd at home surrounded by loved ones. My heart still doesn't want to believe that it's true, I'm still simply speechless and broken. 😔

We rarely hear about sarcoma cancers, cancers that numbers show drastically affect younger individuals more so than others. Because of this, we Mikes' loved ones are asking that donations in his honor be made to the Sarcoma Foundation of America, Inc. at curesarcoma.org to aid in their continued research, in hopes for a future where cancers are less common and easily curable.

He is and will always be so very missed, and so very loved, by so many... Rest easy love, until we meet again.
