It's been quite a while since we've posted on our page, but that doesn't mean that we haven't been busy behind the scenes.

Our team is brilliant at so many things, but social media isn't necessary our strongest skill!

So today is our last day in store. A day of very mixed feelings I have to admit.

The last few days have had me riding such a wave of emotions, with clients coming in to say goodbye, picking up lay bys, making purchases and just crying with me.

Thank you everyone for all Your good wishes, it's very appreciated.

We're here until 4 if you want to grab a bargain or have a champagne :-)

To our dearest customers,

It is with great regret that we announce that our bridal boutique will close this Sunday the 5th of March.

The last three years have been an amazing journey filled with beautiful brides, bridesmaids, debutantes and formal ladies alike, a lot of whom I am now fortunate enough to class as friends.

As you may have noticed over the past few of months, our boutique has had periods of being closed due to health reasons. This has lead me to the difficult decision to close the boutique itself, whilst decorating side with the magnificent behind the scenes team that make up The WOW Factor.

Due to the closing of the boutique, we will be having an incredible sale for the rest of this week. We will be open from 10 to 4 from Wednesday through to Sunday, with outstanding specials for all. We can be contacted via our Facebook in relation to stock availability.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the community of Warwick and surrounds for all of their support during the last three years. It has been a delight and honour to work with a group of such wonderful people and I look forward to continuing to decorate with you into the future.

To our valued clients,

Through a myriad of issues that culminated with me spending four days in hospital this week with a suspected stroke, my worst nightmare eventuated.

I took on the order for a truly wonderful client in Tammy and her five bridesmaids. To my utmost feeling of despair, I was let down by someone who was highly recommended to me, who could assist in delivering this client's order. While dressing Tammy and her bridesmaids today, the dresses which had been designed to suit their exact specifications and to fit perfectly, did not. Despite my best efforts to make the dresses fit perfectly, this was unfortunately not the case.

To dearest Tammy, I am heartbroken by this, and offer my deepest and most sincere apologies. Despite things not going according to plan in the lead up to her wedding, Tammy was anything but a bridezilla and appreciated all of my efforts. While elements of what occurred today were out of my control, ultimately the blame stops with me. When I make a mistake, I own up to it.

In spite of Tammy's disappointment, she has been gracious enough to accept my apology. In addition to this, I have made an offer which Tammy has been gracious enough to except.

We had a great time today setting up for Kayla and Mitchell's wedding reception.

A number of storms came through Warwick today, but cleared in time for the ceremony! Then the sky lit up with the most AMAZING rainbow. Gorgeous!

A little while ago a lovely couple, Matt and Steph, came in to discuss their plans to marry on her parents property. An absolutely beautiful space in northern NEW with views to stunning to describe.

This afternoon their dreams became a reality. They are celebrating their marriage with their guests under an amazing blue sky.
