I was asked to make a stuffed balloon for a graveside with white feathers and a Betty boo ( this was mum's favourite character) so after speaking to client regarding the vinyl on the balloon explaining that it may peel and lift she was happy for me to go ahead and hand write on it with specialist balloon pen so instead I done her a plaque with the vinyl on with what she wanted on the balloon ....๐Ÿค๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
