We haven’t made any posts in a while because Covid pretty much destroyed our catering business….that and a few health reasons. We will eventually get back to doing small parties and events hopefully. We cooked at a small Rib COOKOFF yesterday and won, so at least after not firing the pit up for two years we can still make good bbq 😎🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t forget we still have our competition trailer pit and are still doing private catering delivered for 20 or more people. Good morning everyone. We’ve had a lot of people asking the last two weeks where we will be next with the bbq trailer. After a year of running the trailer and doing private catering events we have decided to move our focus to the catering side of the business. This decision is purely based on the profitability comparison of the two. Texas Rib Runners is not going anywhere so you can still get the same awesome bbq you love. We’ll have specials periodically for whole meats and we’ll still be catering events for 20 people or more so keep following us here on FB and think of us the next time you need some BBQ for your party, wedding or business event. Thank you for your past, present and future support during this transition. Love you all!

We’ll be out at Braman Winery with Running Walker Beer tomorrow 9/14 starting at 6:00 pm rain or shine so get your yourself up there and getcha some BBQ and a cold beer or wine and enjoy yourself. We’ll have “The Trailer Box” special going on while it lasts for only $20. This 4 meat & 4 sides box is for two people or one really hungry individual 😊
