KWF Event Planning is looking for new / exciting and unique stall holders for our upcoming Harvest Fete..

Harvest Fete Family Fun day

Saturday 12th October
11am - 3pm
Chapel green old halls

If you run a business or can offer something unique please message me for information.

We are also looking for the following:

* Pumpkin seller - either pre calved or someone able to offer a Pumpkin carving crafting set up

* glitter makeup / tattoo / hair

* walk around Magician (ideally for someone upcoming or looking to promote) - pur entertainment acts are done on the basis of you using the event to promote yourself

* Balloon modeling stall (to sell your balloons)

It feels like it's been a while (I've been super busy) but a NEW EXCITING EVENT is happening.. and the venue is secured..

FINALISED DETAILS: NOW OPEN FOR STALL HOLDER BOOKINGS!! PLEASE COMMENT TO BOOK:

Here's the details:

DATE 12TH OCTOBER 📅 🍁🍁🍁🍁🍁

All saints hall (on chapel green) crowborouhh, so great centred location - lots of space and outside area for multiple outside stalls/food and drink vans etc.
Lots of parking too..

I will be looking for x2 food vans / drinks van / game stalls !!!
If based outside please provide own cover and shelter etc if needed.
I am finding out if tables are provided- they should be.

Set up 9.30am!

Event to run 11am - 3pm

Clear away by 4pm so anyone able to help support tidying it would be lovely but if course not a requirement..

Food vans £40
Games van / Pitch £40

Please note each person / business is 1 table, I cannot offer table shares due to price increases on hall hire. X

OK...
I am trying to find a large hall to run a family fun day around Halloween time. Ideally Saturday 26th October however open to other dates but ideally a Saturday in October as Halloween themed. I would need the hall from roughly 9.30am to 4pm. Event to run 11am-3pm
I would need to be able to have ideally 25-30 stall holders in the hall plus a section with seating and an area for dancers / entertainment - stage best but can look at options..
I also need some outside space for food vans and maybe a few stalls?

The last event for this we did we was very successful and held at Crowborough Community Centre however they are already full and we need a larger space then many halls around Crowborough. I am open to elsewhere near by...

Is this something you may be able to help with? If so could you advise on the best pricing option you could offer - if you have recommendations where you know the above can be met please add - or even better if have contacts please tag.

I feel like this week is the one ✋️✋️

Passed and certified all units and have my certificate.. this is Equivalent to A GCSE in Event Planning.
Super proud of myself won't lie :) wasn't easy and took longer then I expected but I did it ♥️

Buzzing!!!!
Up to 8 weeks until fully confirmed and Certificate with me BUT all my units have been passed!!
It's taken me around 2.5/3 months longer then planned as life got a little mad and I had to take time away from things - but I have completed it and once all certified I will have the equivalent to a GCSE in Event Planning!!

Well that's another 50 plus leaflets dropped and larger posters in more shops.. 👌

It's always this part that scares me !! 😱

Will people turn up! Lol... the Halloween event was SOOOO BUSY! So I am very hopeful that this one will be too...

Grab some food with Mobile Munchies and Ellie McManus will have savoury nibbles and drinks - we also have Andy on Dino Bar to get yourself in the spring mood with cocktails 🍸 and more...

Over 35 stalls to browse.. all of which will absolutely appear your support in coming out thr the event and supporting small local businesses get seen, supported and successful!!! ❤️

Jungle Balloon Boxes and Stand out with a full Jungle theme set we helped secure and organise for a 1st birthday party yesterday 🎈

Please be mindful when booking Decor / Catering / Party Set ups etc you may be asked to pay A Deposit upon booking - based on booking amounts.
This secures your dates/items/orders etc.

Any Decor items that are ordered in will be Billed as your deposit (this doesn't include hire items, only items that you will keep) this is to ensure we don't order in specific items for your event and get let down on the booking , leaving us with Unnecessary Items.

People often ask small business's the question of " I have seen I can get them cheaper online " Please remember what your paying for... Time - 60 balloons inflated and tied, 10 boxes built (they are fiddly) lol and using glue dots to secure all boxes to make sure they stay together firmly. ❤️ this isn't a minuet job. Quality - Yes often things look alike, however I make sure the quality of the products are high, balloon quality too - to ensure they don't deflate early - I've had some dodgy buys don't get me wrong. However for clients - quality is a priority to me. Customer service - I answer so many questions, I help wherever I can, I go out of my way to make clients happy. I am not someone who just wants to make quick money. I want to make YOU happy!! So when you see something online cheaper , please take a moment to appreciate the extra £15/20 for someone else to be creating / making / sourcing / delivering etc has its reasonings ♥️♥️ We can all cook for ourselves for less - but we often buy a take out.. its no different 😜✌️ I'm here to create less stress for you and leave time for more memory making 💜
