My name is Andrea, and I am a lover of grazing tables and charcuterie, a wife and mother of one, and a follower of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The name "Amazing Grazing Tables & Charcuterie" has deep meaning for me. Recently I've been studying the minor prophets. Joel 2:26 describes a time when the Lord will bless those of His people who repent and return to Him in humility. It says "You wil
l have plenty to eat and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." Truth is, He has dealt wondrously with all of us, but many fail to see the truth. I want my business, at its heart, to be a reflection of that wondrous mercy and grace that Christ has given us. I will deal with my customers in honesty, and will strive to please as much as possible. If you give me the chance, I believe wholeheartedly that you'll be pleased with the outcome.

Howās your summer going? Weāve had more than three weeks of almost-daily activities around here, so havenāt been doing much charcuterizing. š¤Ŗ But on Sunday I prepared a grazing table for a sweet little one-year-oldās birthday party! His mama found out at the last minute that many more people were coming than expected, so she picked up some extra pastries, cookies, etc. and we combined everything onto one BIG table! It turned out greatā¦ even the little hedgehog cheese ball! š So fun.

Happy teacher appreciation week!!!
Today I got to prepare a grazing table at a local elementary school, gifted to the teachers by the PTA. The teachers LOVED it! It was so fun to hear their reactions as they came into the room. Makes my heart happy. š

Who needs a fresh sourdough bread boule this morning? Or for tonight? Iāve got three available! And thereās literally only three ingredients - each one that you can pronounce - flour, salt, and water! If youāre going to eat bread, this is the way to go. So much better for your system than store-bought bread! $13 each. Soooo good!!!

Things have been very busy around here this week! Last night was my biggest event ever, feeding 140 ladies at an event for Eden Clinic in Norman. There was a charcuterie board at every table (21 total!), along with my own home-baked sourdough bread, and a butter board (butter, crushed pistachios, sea salt, and lemon zest). It turned out very nice, and I got some really positive feedback! I was honored to be a part of their evening and the mission to support life. šThank you to Eden Clinic and for trusting me with the food, and thank you to the volunteers who helped with the setup!

I took this board to OKC today for a Brokers Open/Open House. If youāre like me and hadnāt ever tried cheese curds, thatās what the yellowish cheese pieces on the board are. I have to say, they look a little strange in this photo. They werenāt so yellowish in reality. š¤Ŗ But, they tasted good! š
