This class was fun, it was a stress reliever which turned into a counseling session at times. This is a place where a girl could get loose and just enjoy the moment without judgment or pressure. The instructor always had good patience to deal with those of us that were slow to catch on and on multiple moods and personalities.

Taking this dance class was one of the best things I’ve ever experienced. Kris, the instructor was ALWAYS so nice and patient with us all. She is also very talented and encouraging. Upon taking the class I deep down inside I felt as if I was really a dancer LOL, but meeting so many other people was another great part of the experience. Friends (old and new), drinks, dancing, so much laughter and I forgot to mention affordable! Kris, thank you!!!

Man, where do I begin? I love this class and I love Kristen! She used to have a girls night on Tuesdays. She would teach a sexy dance along with complimentary wine and we would have a ball. She also did a fitness version, which I loved as well. As soon as you cried tired, it was over because she played the music and pushed you to the end. Although we never met prior, I’ve always felt like I have known her forever. She is down to earth, patient, and full of life. And don’t think you’ll be left behind in class, she will go over the steps as many times as needed but you will have fun! Fun will be had!
