'Father & Son'
This man and his family are friends of ours. Coming from a different culture I was fascinated to see the bond developing between father and son. The boy was 2 when we met him. Full of life, and twice the trouble, he was often on the shoulders of his Dad, or running along to keep up. I wanted to capture this strong bond and keep it safe. There are many good fathers around and this is one of them. All doing, all seeing, care and fun and attention. He had stories about his own Dad, and the wise words passed on from father to son. What a gift.

We had a wonderful Creative Spirit Day last Saturday, November 4th. Starting with an early morning Yoga Class with Terri McLeod, then I led a sketching and painting session in the great Workshop Room overlooking the Lake. Then Lunch, Hot Springs Pools, Nature Walk and Acoustic Guitar to finish the day. Next date planned for early January 2012.
