Merry Christmas y'all! We have some smoked pork shoulders ready to warm and serve for your holiday gathering! Christmas special - $12 per pound. Trays average 6 lbs. BBQ sauce included. Hey gang - as you can imagine, we've lost several catering jobs that were lined up over the several weeks. We do have Boston butts ready to be smoked this weekend however and will sell them individually at $14/lb. They average 6 pounds per tray once smoked, warm and serve incredibly well, and useful for a variety of meals, BBQ sandwiches, tacos, nachos, quesadillas, etc. Comes with our BBQ sauce. Sauce is on the side, so that you can use it for the other items mentioned should you want them dry. I plan to have them ready by Friday afternoon - dinner time and will drop off locally, or have you swing by - whatever works best.
