PITFEST 2023 was amazing! Every band was incredible and put their all into their set, and our co-emcees, Becca Sugg and Zahha, nailed it! But, it wouldn't have happened without our awesome God and so many wonderful people!
We are so appreciative of Jammin Shue and Soundscapes Pro Audio who provided sound, lights and stage crew for the show along with all of our other sponsors for PITFEST 2023…Family Worship Center, Wel-Don Pots, Guarding God’s Anointed, AD Windblown Media Records, Dry Master Carpet, and our friends at the Howard County Vietnam Veterans Organization…and our friends who partnered with us financially to make this event happen!
Tammy Chalfant and Cara Herron, the hospitality crew, were phenomenal as always.
Amber Dockery was fantastic at the check in table and all of those who helped greet attendees with a big smile at the Welcome Area were crucial! Those included Nilda Penaflor, Susan Markley, Judy Roberson, Mason Morris, Joe Nelson (in his Oompa Loompa outfit) and Deb Moore.
Huge thanks to Phil Petty and his organization, Extended Hands, for sponsoring concessions, and his crew that helped serve up the best pulled pork nachos around… Jenn Petty, Gabrielle Bassile, Julie & Abigail Deem.
Also, we can’t forget Deanna Bousum and Ryan Davis for their help with the A1M table, as well as, Jay Karp, David Leyda, Angie Leyda and Derek Chalfant who kept everything under control, helping wherever the need arose and the PITFEST Core Council for their efforts in planning such an awesome day!

We are working on finalizing all things PITFEST, but in the meantime, we are starting prep for our CHRISTMAS OUTREACH, so we would like to share our latest fundraiser. It will be short-lived, so jump on this NOW! If you would like to order a pie (or pies), just click the link below. If you are not local, we have included an option to pay for a pie to donate to our veteran friends!! (We will deliver them, of course.) The pies will be ready for pickup the week of Thanksgiving! TODAY IS THE DAY!! PITFEST 2023 kicks off at noon at the veterans grounds…8313 E 400 S, Greentown, IN! And yes, it’s FREE!!
Side note: Symphony of Heaven and Monarchs to Oblivion will not be able to make it, they send sincere apologies, however PITFEST 2023 will still be 🔥🔥🔥🔥! See ya soon!

The decision has been made to have PITFEST inside. The forecast is all over the place, depending on which app/site you look at as far as rain, but the one thing that they all have in common is WIND. So, just to be safe, we will be inside the big white building. We will still have our concession stand open, and space to eat inside there as well. Be sure to bring a car load of friends... or strangers... it's gonna be EPIC!!

3 DAYS from PITFEST '23 and the key word is gonna be LAYERS!! Currently the forecast says 60 with a small chance of rain. We would like to keep the event outside on the big stage but will move it indoors if the forecast changes! In the meantime, plan to dress in layers, because even if it doesn't rain, it gets pretty cool after the sun goes down! Also, it wouldn't hurt to bring an umbrella on the off chance it does rain and you want to get to the concession stand for some pulled pork nachos!! Regardless of the weather, PITFEST 2023 will be ROCKIN'!!

PITFEST 2023 is ONE WEEK from TODAY!! Here is the schedule! As you can see you are going to want to be there ALL day!! Our goal is to keep the fest outdoors, but weather my dictate otherwise and we will move into the big white building... either way you are going to want to bring jackets, etc.! Concessions will also be available, and you will definitely want to bring money for your favorite band's merch! That is the best way to bless them! And remember it is FREE to attend so load up your car with folks and come on out!! Most importantly, join us in praying that God move mightily throughout the event! See you then!

If you were able to catch the video posted last night, then you probably have figured out the extra special guest that is also joining us this year! Our PITFEST host with the most, BECCA SUGG, will be joined by her good buddy (and ours), ZAHNA! They will share co-hosting duties!! We couldn't be more excited about it!! In part because of the way these band members have personally supported A1M events, but more importantly because of their love for Jesus! They are the perfect way to kick off PITFEST '23!!

It's been a crazy couple of weeks, but we are finally ready to post some more PITFEST awesomeness! Tonight we are announcing 2 bands... one that has played at KCF & PITFEST in the past - SYMPHONY OF HEAVEN- and one that is completely new - MONARCHS TO OBLIVION! We are equally excited to have them both with us at this year's PITFEST 2023!

As we face the end of festival season, capping it off with our own PITFEST 2023 on October 21, we have thoroughly enjoyed ALL of the pictures shared on your social media pages from ALL of the festivals you have attended!! There is nothing quite like the community of friends at a festival! We would love it if you all would drop a favorite pic from any one of the festivals you attended!
