I’m modelling a flower crown made with flowers and greenery from our garden. As many of you will know five months ago there was nothing here - now it’s thriving.

I’ve spent a few hours this week planting bulbs and hoping the deterrent works against the squirrels. Any tips for protecting bulbs are welcome!

Total Insta fail with the third image. I attempted a rain soaked, one handed selfie, and my crown went tumbling. Classic garden glamour fail, but hope you get the idea!

Great news - they’re back! Our gorgeous, incredibly lifelike olive trees have just landed, ready to bring a touch of Mediterranean charm to your home. This delivery is our last before Christmas, so if you’ve had your eye on one, now is the perfect time to treat yourself!

Each tree stands proudly at 180cm tall, the only size available this season, and really is an investment piece at £330. However, if you’re wondering about quality, I can vouch for them personally: my own olive trees have just had been with me for over 17 years and it still looks as wonderful as the day I first ‘planted’ it. They add instant style and so much character to any space, all with zero upkeep.

We’ll have a wonderful array of fresh foliage - think lush blue spruce, fragrant pine and berried Ivy. There will be lovely touches like delicate white waxflower, pops of skimmia and a hint of purple or green thistle.

Of course, we’ll add in those classic dried seasonal fruits and plenty of pine cones.

Bring along a few friends and join in the fun.

Price is £75 which includes all materials, a toasted sandwich of your choice, tea/coffee and the best mince pie in St Albans!
