🌱天龍國琴酒使用台灣本土培育的「波本香莢蘭」。常用於高級甜點、冰淇淋及香水產業。台灣改良波本香草，方式仿照馬達加斯加處理模式，日曬陰乾交錯發酵，曾嘗試不同溫度、日照時數等加工，使它的香味元素「香草醛」含量比世界水準更高，我們使用整根香草切段連豆莢蒸餾，除了熟悉的香草甜香外，更多了豆莢上煙燻、木質及些許土壤風味。完美的加深天龍國中第一原料「鐵觀音茶」的力道，使喉韻更加圓融豐富。
🌱Dragonland Gin uses ""Vanilla planifolia “a.k.a Bourbon Vanilla, specially cultivated in Taiwan. We commonly used in high-end desserts, ice cream and perfume industries. Taiwan's modified bourbon vanilla is modeled after Madagascar's processing method. It is sun-dried and shaded for staggered fermentation. We have tried different temperatures, sunshine hours, etc. to make its aroma element "vanillin" content higher than the world's standards. We use the whole vanilla pod, cut in pieces and put in distiller. In addition to the familiar vanilla sweet aroma, there is more smoky, woody and some earthy flavors from the pods. Perfectly deepens the strength of Dragonland first raw material "Tieguanyin Tea", making the aftertaste more mellow, rich, and longer.
