My granddaughter made a simple and easy lemony 🍋 peach 🍑 cobbler. It was sooo yummy!!

For dinner, I went old school and whipped up a meatloaf accompanied with garden fresh organic cabbage and freshly dug organic Yukon gold potatoes. The cabbage, herbs, onion, garlic, and potatoes came from my garden.

Whipped up a nice lunch …. fresh picked beet greens from my garden, fried wingettes, and home brewed ginger lemonade. The lemonade is made with fresh grated and steeped ginger, juiced lemons, steeped freshly grated lemon peel, and cold pressed pineapple and apple juices.
