We are excited to share Emily & Kieran’s beautiful wedding at . If you’ve never heard of Timber Moose, it is the largest private log cabin in the United States! This cabin has 13 bedrooms for all of your closest family and friends and breathtaking mountain views, with a private lake in the background. The flowers designed by were the perfect addition to the natural beauty.

We don’t just do Utah weddings, we love helping with DESTINATION weddings also!! This intimate wedding for Chelsey & Scott took place in their family cabin in Fish Haven, Idaho overlooking beautiful Bear Lake. It was our pleasure to witness this sweet couple tie the knot and celebrate with friends and family in such a gorgeous setting.

Seating chart, place cards, es**rt cards… wondering what the difference is and which one to use?? Let us break it down for you.

🩷If you are having a plated dinner with different meal options, a place card helps your catering staff deliver the appropriate meal to each guest with a meal indicator on each card. Such as a cow, salmon, carrot etc. Helpful to combine with a seating chart.

🩷If you are having a buffet, you can simply have a seating chart to help each guest find the table they are seated at, without a specific seat.

🩷Escort cards are the informal version of place cards and replace the need for a seating chart. Guests will find their card and take it with them to their assigned table, without an assigned seat.

🩷And the best part is that we offer different seating chart options in our rental inventory, including printing cards with custom designs like the mountain designs we chose for Rebecca & Cody’s wedding. And don’t forget the table numbers! Necessary for all of these options.
