Fitness for life Welcome to my new fitness page. My name is Yan Rochon and I 've been training since 1988. Follow me in my transformation to my best shape ever in Feb. 2018.

I just turned 44 recently and I have decided to create this page as a log for you to see and to learn for my one year journey to my 45 years of existence. That said I will set myself on a one year journey of intensive training and dieting. I will pray for this to go well. Again I am 44...I will have to be very smart about this.
