My style of management is very hands on and direct with great communication and an ability to create vision for efficiency within my team, this promotes drive and creates the will to-do better. Incorporate this with good traditional cooking methods and modern techniques of slow cooking and temperature control paves the way to unlocking natural flavours. My cooking come from my heart with thinking

behind it, and this style I have developed with a can-do attitude is infectious to others which create a bond with in my team and has the ability to push boundaries and achieve amazing things.

So so proud of my eldest son who has spent many years beside me learning the trade I love.

I have sacrificed so much of his younger years while I was striving for a career.

The last few years I have learnt that he has a natural ability to find himself around the kitchen with a cool head on his shoulders and the ability to be creative and share all he has learnt to others with your warm kind heart ❤️

We have spent more time together the last 5 years than ever before.
I enjoy having you around me and miss you when you’re not around.

I’m always here for you good times or bad.
The future is bright for you both me and can not wait to meet our first grandchild 🫶
