Wondering when to send out your wedding invitations? Timing is everything when it comes to making sure your guests can plan ahead. 💌✨

Here’s the perfect timeline:
📅 2-3 Months Before the Wedding:
This is the ideal window to send your invitations, giving your guests plenty of time to RSVP and make travel arrangements.

📅 4-6 Months for Destination Weddings:
If you're hosting a destination wedding, send invitations earlier to allow for extra planning time.

💡 Pro Tip: Set your RSVP deadline 2-3 weeks before your venue’s deadline (if they provide one) to ensure you have a final headcount with time to spare. If there’s no set deadline, 2-3 weeks before your wedding date is a good rule of thumb.

Have you sent out your Save the Dates yet? 💌

Save the Dates are a perfect way to give your guests plenty of time to plan for your big day—especially for destination weddings or peak wedding seasons. ✈️

💡 When to send Save the Dates?
👉 6–8 months before your wedding.
👉 9–12 months for destination weddings or holiday weekends.

Pro Tip: Include key details like your names, wedding date, location (city/state), and a note that formal invitations are on the way!

💡 When to send your formal invitations?
👉 2–3 months before the wedding for local celebrations.
👉 4–6 months in advance for destination weddings to give guests plenty of time to plan their travel.

✨ The Moment I Knew ✨

I’ve always been a creative at heart, but I never imagined that one day I’d turn that creativity into a business I love. For years, I worked as a web designer/developer in the healthcare and pharmaceutical world—designing, coding, and creating behind a screen. It was fulfilling in its own way, but something was missing.

Then, a friend asked me to help with their wedding invitations. I said yes, not realizing that this simple favor would change everything. Seeing their reaction when they held their invitations for the first time—the excitement, the joy, the this is really happening moment—made me fall in love with stationery in a way I never expected. That’s when it clicked. I wasn’t just designing paper; I was creating tangible keepsakes for life’s most special moments.

Looking back, the signs were always there. I’ve always loved bringing ideas to life, paying attention to the little details, and making things just right. I just didn’t know stationery was the path that would bring it all together.

So here I am, years later, running a small business that brings me joy every day. It hasn’t always been easy (hello, mom life! 😅), but knowing that my work plays a small part in someone’s big day? That’s everything. 💕

As we come to the end of 2024 I have to say what an incredible year it has been! 💌 This year was a little slow as I was trying to transitioning out of maternity leave, juggling my part time and adjusting my schedule overall. I was honored to work on a few invitation suites for my beautiful couples despite the chaos and was able to start brainstorming ideas for my semi-collection. Towards the end of the year I decided to partake on a art challenge which helped me get more comfortable creating art on my ipad and be more creative as a whole. 🖌️

Looking ahead to 2025, I’m thrilled to introduce my Semi-Collection line, where elegance meets versatility, and expand into offering wedding website services to make your planning even smoother. More information COMING SOON! ✨ I'm also exploring other items to add to my studio that are non-related to invitations such as a Parent's Work-Life Planner because I need to stay organized and would love to share my planner with you. I have a few more ideas circulating in my brain but more to come on those.

Final theme of the 30 day challenge finally done ✔

This challenge took me a longer time to finish but I’m happy I pushed through. It not only made me feel more comfortable drawing on my iPad but made me explore different designs and products.
