Well, that was...interesting. 😂 But I got my mammogram done! Checking that important health box off the list. Now, if I can just get my kids to eat their vegetables with as much enthusiasm, I’ll consider this year a success. 😉

Firsts have been few and far between lately, but tonight was a BIG one for Emma—her very first haircut! ✂️ She absolutely crushed it, sitting so still like a little pro. All the ladies couldn’t believe how poised she was at just 3 years old! 🥰

Huge shoutout to and for giving her the full salon treatment and making this milestone so special. 💇‍♀️✨

**🦃🍕 Thanksgiving on a Crust?! 🍕🦃**

Tried the Thanksgiving Pizza* and let me tell you, my brain had to catch up with my taste buds! It’s pizza, but also... not? 🤔

This festive pie packs turkey, green beans, cranberry, and gravy into every bite. The blend is surprisingly tasty—though I wouldn’t mind a touch less gravy. Still, it’s a winner in my book!

Perfect as a pre-Thanksgiving appetizer (fuel up before the cooking marathon) or as a centerpiece for a Friendsgiving hangout. 🎉🍂

Stopped by the cutest little coffee shop today – in Amherst! Walking in felt like stepping onto the set of , with all the charm and cozy vibes of a small town. They have the cutest November drink menu, and I couldn’t resist trying the Caramel Apple Latte – absolutely delicious! The blueberry scone was equally amazing, warm and buttery with just the right hint of sweetness. Kori tried a fruit smoothie and totally loved it!

Next time, I’ll be diving into more of their food options because everything looked SO good. If you’re ever near Amherst, I highly recommend popping by! ☕️💙

October in the books! Last month, I laced up my sneakers and jumped on my walking pad for a total of **15.23 miles** over **11 walks**. I spent **6 hours and 40 minutes** moving, burned **1,651 calories**, and averaged about **1.38 miles per walk** with a pace of **26 minutes per mile**. It’s amazing how little steps add up over time!
That’s not taking in account what I do daily with the kids.

This journey is a reminder that progress isn’t about perfection – it’s about consistency. Every step, no matter how small, brings us closer to our goals. 💪🏼

If you’ve been thinking about starting, let this be your sign! You don’t need to run marathons or spend hours at the gym. Just start where you are, with what you have. Remember: the only bad workout is the one you didn’t do. Let’s keep moving and motivating each other through November! 🌟
