Getting married?
With the guidelines we have durning this time, planning a wedding yet alone a guest list is hard!.
Here’s a quick tip to help with those guest numbers!

When sending out your rsvps number them! I know it’s a little extra work but it’s worth it.

(sometimes people put a no where their name goes)

So when you get them back you can keep track of who is coming and who isn’t coming by marking it by their number.

Quarantine activity #2

Mail A Hug 🤗

have your kids mail a hug to friends and family they don’t get to see often! It’s a fun and easy way to brighten someone’s day.

Directions:

1. Spread out a long sheet of butcher paper.

2. Trace the child’s head, arms, and upper torso onto the paper.

3. You can either cut it out now or decorate first and then cut. We used paint but markers or crayons would work just fine!

4. Print or have your child write out the message below to accompany the hug.

5. Fold it all up, put in an envelope and mail!

The message:

“I miss you when you’re far away.
I’d love to see you every day.
But since I can’t come over to play,
I’m mailing you a hug today.

So although it might be quite a sight,
wrap my arms around you tight.
Repeat daily to keep your smile bright,
until we get to reunite!”

Quarantine activity 1.
PAPER Mâché Piñatas.
-THINGS YOU WILL NEED-
•balloons
•news paper
•flour
•bowl

-HOW TO-
With a pump or just your mouth blow up balloons. (Now I get the packs that have different shapes and sizes in the bag) You can just do 1 ballon or multiple to make a design.

Once your ballon or balloons are ready it’s time to make your glue or cement like I like to call it.
To make this you will need 1 cup of flour and about 1/3 cup of water ( warm or cold) now your looking for pancake consistency so if it’s looking to thick then add more water slowly tell it is.

Then comes the fun part! The messy part. Start putting your strips of newspaper into the mixture make sure to strip off the extra and start placing the strips onto your balloon/balloons

After the balloon is fully covered prop up to let dry (this can take a day to dry completely)After fully dry it’s time to decorate....be creative use paints,Pom poms, confetti exedra.

And there you have it. One of the easiest crafts to do with kids and with things you have just laying around in your house. Make sure to post your finished piñata in the comments. And have a blessed day.

Pizzas for the win! Most of us totally love them, so why not create such a station for your wedding!
Choose your favorite tastes or serve all different types to please everyone, vegetarians included. You may choose various plates and other items to serve like crystal cake plates or round thick cutting boards-but a good idea is to place pizzas on warmers to keep them hot all the time.
(P.S great for the Bride on a budget)

RUBY PACKAGE (DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATING)
For the bride who is doing most of the planning herself but would like professional assistance with final wedding details and day of coordination.


THE REHEARSAL
• Arrive 30 minutes prior to rehearsal.
• Coordinate with officiant the plans for the rehearsal.
• Orchestrate processional, recessional in order and to music desired.
• Assign ushers, guest book attendant, go over job descriptions with key player, what time they are expected to arrive, location of dressing room, how to walk down aisle and who they are to stand with. How to carry bouquets.
• Review plans with musicians and cue music as necessary.
• Help with seating assignments
• Distribute maps to rehearsal dinner location, if necessary.
• Hand out time line for wedding and reception to key players.

THE CEREMONY
• Set up ceremony décor
• Set up sign in table, guest book and pen.
• Set up unity candle or memorial candles if wanted.
• Distribute and pin all bridle party flowers.
• Instruct ushers on seating protocol.
• Confirmation of ring possession prior to ceremony.
• Distribute ring pillow and flower baskets.
• Time line management.
• Coordinate activies and timing with officiate
• Coordinate and cue music
• Organinze items needing to be taken to reception.

THE RECEPTION
• Set out sign in book on table
• Arrange table numbers or reserved signs
• Provide direction and coordination of vendor activities-florist, cake baker, DJ and photographer
• Time line management
• Insure that the cake table is set up with cake, knife, server, napkins, toasting glasses, ect.
• Organize wedding party and DJ for introductions
• Maintain and coordinate DJ and photographer time lines of reception activities
• Orchestrate cutting the first piece of cake for photos
• Orcgestrate the toast photos
• Cue and orchestrate other dances
• Orchestrate garter toss
• Orchestrate bouquet toss
• Orchestrate departure
• Tend to the bride and groom with food and drink throughout night
• Help gather personal items at event conclusion such as cake toper, cake service pieces, extra favors, etc.
• Assist with gift gathering
