It's been an incredibly eventful week! Balancing the needs of three active children keeps us on our toes, and it can be challenging to find time to post as much as I'd like. But today, we prepared all our delicious arancini, whipped up some delectable iris pastries, and even crafted a mouthwatering vegetable couscous dish. Did you know that couscous is a staple all over Sicily? But in Trapani, you'll find the most amazing and unique dishes, especially those featuring fresh fish. And get this - they even throw a colossal couscous fest every September! With Labor Day weekend approaching, this is the perfect dish to pair with barbecues.
