In the whirlwind of wedding planning, it’s easy to get caught up in the quest for perfection. But amidst the carefully planned details, remember to treasure the messy moments too.

This snapshot of a bridesmaids bouquets resting on a bench is a reminder: it’s the unplanned, imperfect moments that make your day unique.

As your day of coordinator, I will do everything possible to make your day ‘perfect’ embracing the mistakes and sometimes messy moments.
At the end of the evening what you and your guests will remember most is the love shared between you and your soulmate.

It’s me, hi! 👋🏼

I thought it might be time for a formal introduction. I’m Layne, your Day of Coordinator ✨

💍 My passion for weddings started when my sister asked me to be her maid-of-honor when I was 19. Her wedding was one of the best days of my life filled with so much joy and love I knew I wanted to be part of the wedding industry.

💍 I was hired as an assistant by Julia at in 2021 where I was able to watch & learn from a master. Julia is one of a kind & her love for her craft & her brides is unmatched.

💍 In 2022, I joined the team at where l learned another side of the industry. Working at one of the most beautiful venues in the state of Montana is something I will always be grateful for going forward.

💍 2023 rolls around & my lifelong friend was brave enough to hire me as a Day of Coordiantor for my first official large scale event solo. Although I have helped plan many of my friend’s events & weddings as more of a hobby, she was the first one to encourage me to take on this passion as a job, so for that, I am very thankful!

💍 Here I am in 2024 more excited than ever to take on your events and weddings as your trusted day of coordinator. I can’t wait for the special memories & moments that will be created this wedding season.
