Inherit the Earth presents Hîmba Sounds: The Ceremony. A unique event creating a home where everyone is welcome, inclusively, and without judgement.
You’ll be taken on a journey through Afro & Latin electronic music in the tranquil Oasis of St. Ethelburga’s Centre for Peace and Reconciliation, in the heart of the city of London.
The event aims to acknowledge and respect the origins of the sounds and rhythms that will be featured throughout the night, as well as celebrating up and coming talent. @fayli_ will be showcasing her extensive knowledge of African electronic music, eliciting an urge to dance that can’t be ignored, @onedrumafrica will lead an interactive drum circle in the Bedouin tent and gardens, giving you the opportunity to tune into your innate rhythm and embark on a conscious-evoking journey & @sonik_induction_sound_system provide the sound/vibrations, bathing you in healing bass frequencies while you let go of your everyday worries.
