Hello again. It’s Jamie, one of the tour organizers.
I wanted to see if we could come together and raise money to donate to CHOP. I would love to make a donation, from the tour, as a way of giving back to the community. Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and their Child Life services are very near and dear to my family.
Just a little back story for those interested: When my son was 1, he was diagnosed with a deadly, rare blood disorder. We, along with so many others, have spent countless hours, days, weeks, etc. at doctor’s apts, ER visits, inpatient testing and procedures, and hospital stays. CHOP has provided us and so many other families with beyond exceptional care. They do so many amazing things for children and their families. Their Child Life services give hope, smiles, and an escape from reality while in a hospital setting. And while they do provide toys and games to sick children, they also provide critical living essentials to those in need.
I will be ending this fundraiser on 1/1/23.

Join me in supporting the Virtual Toy Drive for the patients at CHOP. In the absence of in-kind giving, the Child Life team is depending on monetary donations to provide holiday gifts to the many children spending the season in the hospital.
