You could say I was born a designer. I started drawing when I was big enough to hold a marker, and I never stopped. My diaries were collage art and Photoshop was my therapy. I painted canvases and music boxes. I created my own prom dress. Whatever I did, I wanted it to be both beautiful and useful. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in English and Visual Arts, but most of wha

t I learned was outside the classroom. I was an active member and officer of Apwonjo at the University of Alabama, which was named Organization of the Year in 2009. I was awarded the Will Byington Legacy award that same year for exceptional organization & design of my organization. I organized events from concept to completion, developed and maintained the website, and created outstanding graphic design. I honed my skills in the real world and discovered a talent for bringing vision to life. My freelance work over the last five years has ranged from business cards and logos to comprehensive event planning. Whatever the size or scope of the project, I give it the same creative focus and attention to detail.
