A wonderful trip to Tijuana with around 50 artist, and Mexican authorities to make networking and projects between tho countries. Print makers, painters, sculptors, movie makers, singers, dancers, writers, poets, designers, all of them together to share experiences and projects. So happy to be there representing Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma states. Thank you Mexican Consulate in Little Rock to invite me.

This year, due to the special circumstances we are facing from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are modifying our celebration of Dia de Los Mu***os as a virtual event. Dia de los Mu***os is a beautiful ceremony of life connecting our past loved ones and community together.

Join the Museum of Native American History and partner organizations on Saturday, October 31 at 11:00 AM Central Time on the museum’s website and page to view several programs about Dia de los Mu***os. Programs will include storytelling, the history of Dia de los Mu***os, and more.

A virtual ofrenda, or altar, will be presented during the program. If you have a loved one who has passed on that you would like to honor on the altar, please email [email protected] with the following information: a photo, name, and a short tribute. Please submit by October 30 to be included in the virtual altar.
