Straight off our announcement of Season 5 auditions taking place at this years festival, we are ecstatic to welcome our good Judy and multiple year headliner, Camp Wannakiki Season 3 Queen of Camp Geneva Convention!
This campy powerhouse of a queen with the powerhouse vocals to match hails from East Tennessee, and is guaranteed to have you crying from laughter within thirty seconds of her hitting the stage. She has been a tireless ambassador for the Austin International Drag Festival and we are so excited to be able to have her with us once again, especially now that we’re back live and in person!

When I got the call from Fay Ludes that Orion Story needed a “mirror mirror”-themed look to take to RuPaul’s Drag Race, I had five days to execute a gag-worthy disco fantasy….that could fit in a suitcase. It was a sleepless week but we got it done! Orion honey you are FLAWLESS, thank you for letting me be a part of your journey to the top! Sky’s the limit for you doll! XOXO

I was so happy to be part of the production team for Kirk Myers and Ricky Hill’s beautiful wedding last night at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Creating and coordinating these Royal guard and heralding trumpeter looks as well as musician outfits, decorative banners, flags and pillows was a so fun after a year of no events! Thank you so much to Chris Arredondo at Eclipse Entertainment, LLC for having me, Steve Kemble for being super nice when I FINALLY got to meet him (aaaa), and Wow Me Events for your lovely musicians (so easy to work with)! Check out those Don Morphy tuxes! 🤩 What a night, fit for two true kings!
