Today was day and my heart is so happy. If you know me I am a little brutal with the honesty 🫠 and today I was talking to god about half way through this Bao asking (begging) Him if the next bite could be like I’m tasting it for the first time again. Guys.. nothing you get at this establishment will disappoint, and they have awards to prove it.

✨🕰️📷🪞🌿 Such a great day when I get to step out and do this before an exciting event! Founds some amazing pieces for a beautiful charcuterie spread this weekend! I look online and see some amazing things in the charcuterie world. So elegant and raw but it’s not what’s in my head 🤔 let’s see if I can pull this off! Can’t wait!

✨☕️🌿🛍️ Dream boat coffee shop @410nichecoffeeandshop this morning. But I am truly not doing it justice phrasing it as a coffee shop. They have a beautiful selection of gifts + plants, resell, records, all sorts of vendors, they host and you can host events.. and did I even get to mention they do lunch! BUT PLEASE don’t go without ordering the Texas Summer 👩‍🍳😘 #chefkiss Located on Main St in Denison this is a MUST. Can’t make it out there this week? No prob, they have a WONDERFUL blog on their website to connect! @410nichecoffeeandshop guys, I’m in love. Finally a cup of coffee made with love and lots of foam 🤍😶‍🌫️ and a selection that is so refreshing to shop. I could go on and on but it’s truly inspiring what you are doing with this space ✨🫶🏼

My simple tips to follow for any event and any size! ✨💁🏼‍♀️💕 ✦ Please stop, stop trying to match someone else’s style, board, or taste - and trust YOUrself. I know they look beautiful and delicious but YOU can pull off your own version too. I promise it will turn out amazing. Purchasing foods that you enjoy is the first step. Based on those items, find other things you’d like to branch out and try or you think would compliment. Baby steps 😊😮‍💨 ✦ Make sure to get both ends of the simple food spectrum.. say it with me “SWEET + SALTY” gah! I mean who can resist that combo. Not only do they compliment each other, but people can always stick to the side they prefer. All my sweet ladies raise your hands 🙌🏼 🧁 ✦ What I truly believe what takes a spread or board from good to great is TEXTURE. Having the soft cheeses with a crunch of crostini, or the thin sliced meat with a full bodied cheese, or a juicy grape inbetween! Taste is up for debate from everyone one earth but we can simplify it down by texture! 🧀 🍯 Last but not least .. if you go into meltdown mode because your meat isn’t holding its fold and your cheese is starting to sweat, and so are you .. FaceTime me sis, we can melt together 🫠🫠
