hello my pretties! it is with sadness in my cold heart that i announce today we will no longer be doing the haunted house :( we will always have something fun going on for halloween and always a display and the witch will be here to greet everyone however due to many things we have decided that we must say goodbye to our walkthrough. while the fun and scares have been great it takes many weeks to set up and pack up and with it growing to over 1600 visitors last year we ran into problems we had never seen before like a person getting injured , things getting broken and a little naughtiness from some visitors . we would like to thank all those who have visited us over the years everyone who has donated or volunteered at the witches lair but my biggest thanks is for the many scarers we have had over the years quite simply without you all we could not have done this 🖤🖤 i will leave the page up for people to see what we are up to props we are making each year for our display and i will start a thread where people can post each year to where the good places are to visit. like i say we will always have fun at the witches lair for halloween 💜💜💜

thank you, thank you ,thank you ! what an amazing turn out. we welcomed 1622 guests to the witches lair tonight. we are plum tuckered out and will post pictures tomorrow but in the mean time if you have pics or videos please add them here and we can make an album 🧡

well hello my pretties the day has come after a long two year vacation we get to invite you all back to my lair this afternoon. a few things to remember. people that live i the street will be coming home from work so please don't park in any ones drive ways . we suggest parking at the bottom of the street and walking up. also there will be bins out please place your rubbish in them it makes our job easier for clean up. this year there are 23 people that are working at the witches lair they are volunteers that have given up their time to help you enjoy the afternoon please be kind and respectful. and lastly you know how much your child can handle we have flashing lights, smoke machines and loud noises with 14 scarers so please use your best judgement wether it is for you or not, once you are in you must keep moving forward please do not try and go back. we look forward to a great afternoon with everyone 🧡🧡

Hello my pretties , just a reminder of a couple of things you need to remember when visiting The Witches Lair 🧡 we ask that people do not take alcohol or props into the lair and by props we mean costume props like bats , hammers etc as you can understand we have 14 scarers this year to give you a fright but children naturally have reflexes and we would hate to see anyone get hurt. these can be left with sir loin at the entrance to the lair and collected at the end of your visit. our scarers have given up their time to help you have a fun halloween so show them some love on the day although some may not look very loveable mwahahaha 🧡
