Tonight at 8PM Eastern the Good Times Hour will host a very special show, our tribute to Alaric “Larry” Bruce Leonard. We invite you to join in to listen and to come on the show to share your stories and memories of Larry Legend. His love for disc golf was supreme and he carried himself with the greatest professionalism. His love for the extended frisbee family was shining and bright, and he was an amazing leader by example. This will be a unique show for us as we usually only have one guest. It will be a lot of fun reliving the memories. So, tune in and please help us get the word out on this to anyone who would like to join us and tell some LL stories.

He is known to hole up all year and descend from his Mile High lair to finish top five at the Worlds. He did it 7 times. He’ll be with us to talk about the Capital City scene in the early 90s, riding shotgun with Stokely at Round Rock, and living his best life biking up a mountain and walking down a champion. Please join us Tuesday September 10 at 8PM Eastern as we chat with Harvey Brandt, one of the most prolific and prodigious flying disc athletes ever seen in the history of Frisbee sports. He has been a consistent and powerful player of all the disc disciplines since the late 1970s, racking up National and World titles in virtually every dimension of the games, from DDC to MTA and every type of disc game in between. He is also the current PDGA World Champion for MP70, and it doesn’t look like he has any plans to slow down any time soon. In addition, he has been one of the most celebrated and accomplished photographers of flying disc sports since arriving on the scene, and his horde of classic pics is said to be virtually inexhaustible. The following is from Paul in relation to is current situation after being hit by a car on his bicycle.

Firstly,
It's a miracle I am alive, considering the circumstances.
I have several superficial cuts and deep bruises, but the most serious is the concussion. It is light to moderate, but I have received no timetable for recovery yet.

He sounds like the same old Bee on the phone. He sounds like his on the road to recovery, but he is having trouble looking at a screen for just a little bit. Let alone for 1.5 to 2 hours that always happens when we do a show. So, we are going to have to let this rest for however long it takes for him to recover from the concussion.

We have confirmations from an amazing string of guests whenever he is ready to get back at it. I will publish that list early next week. Also, there are surely past episodes that you haven't seen or listened to. All of our episodes are available YouTube for audio and video, and audio only on Spotify, and Apple Music.

Hello Everyone,

It's time to take off our hats off and salute the recently crowned World Champions from the 2024 Masters World Championship that wrapped up over the weekend in Emporia Kansas.

We are postponing the Johnny Sias episode this evening, and we will get it back on the schedule as soon as possible.

We have a bunch of episodes on the way in the next few weeks. We will start doubling down (two episodes per week) next week, and that will continue throughout most of the summer. We have 3 more episodes scheduled for the month of June.

We are getting back to it with The Good Times Hour after a short break to accommodate a little globetrotting by myself. We are going to play a little catch up ball as far as scheduling is concerned with us hosting Charlie Mead, on Sunday June 2nd, 2024 at 1 pm eastern time, Jeff Homburg Monday June 3 at 7pm eastern time, and Jim Palmeri on Friday June 7 at 1 pm eastern time.

We are on a new format and I am barely up to speed on it. We will be live on FB and YouTube, and we have episodes on Spotify and Apple Music available all the time. I will post the link for tomorrows show on my FB page tomorrow morning.
