As I announced at this weekend's popup, The Kitchenbeard Kitchen is changing. Popups and dinners will be produced under Les Deux Cochons from here on out. In its place I'll be selling prepared meals and sides for pick up. I've done this before to some success. Each week on a Monday or Tuesday, I'll announce the menu and people will "order" from that and pick it up on a Saturday afternoon. These foods will be on the "everyday food" spectrum and about supplementing your weeknight options. I'll focus on accessible foods you're familiar with that heat up easily in a microwave and at a reasonable price. I'm hoping to have a website sign up going in the next couple of months. Stick with me as I get back to making the food I love for you.
