5:30 pm - Cruise will leave from parking lot
Pleasant Street to Hennessy
Hennessy to King George Highway
King George Highway to Miramichi Bridge

Circle around Losier Hall and back onto Water Street
Water Street to University Avenue

Schedule of Events
at the Miramichi Airport

Gates open at 5:30 pm (entrance at General Manson Way)

6:30 pm - Opening ceremonies, make noise, dress up for Canada Day and our essential workers

8 pm - Drive-in concert featuring Short Sweet Ride

10:30 pm - Fireworks

To get in for the Opening ceremonies and the drive-in concert come early as spaces will be limited for parking inside gate

$10 a car

Please stay in your vehicles at all time. If you need to exit your vehicle for the washroom please make sure you have a mask on if able to.

Come out celebrate, enjoy some music and end your night with a spectacular firework show!

Thursday June 28th-5:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday June 30th-1:00pm-2:00pm
3:00pm-4:00pm

They will be located at the Goodie Shop Parking lot.

These times are for photos. Pictures will be taken by the Rock n Roll Festival and are available for $5.00 a picture. Pictures will be printed when taken and you will receive your picture right away.

The Rock n Roll Festival would like to thank all the artists that took part in Miramichi Rocks 2018. It was a very tight race from the start as they were all very talented artists in their own right, which showed over the last 8 weeks.

The issue about having to sing an original song was in the original rules but as the artists should recall the committee had a meeting before Miramichi Rocks started and concerns were brought up at that meeting as a couple of artists did not or were not comfortable doing an original song.

The committee explained to the group that if you did not have an original to sing then you would not be able to record a song with Jason Barry of Barrytone Studios, but you could collaborate with someone else to create an original. All the artists that were at this meeting were in agreement to this adjustment.

The winner of Miramichi Rocks 2018, Sam Fleiger, has confirmed that she does have an original song and will be recording that song with Jason Barry.
